Using Matrix and Lux candle color, scalp my 10p's longs

This is pretty much my strat, mix of both worlds

You can also scalp on the 15m using your SMC ICT PAC concepts.....

My tips would be, just find out what your goals are. After that set up some rules. And then follow those rules to a T. Be very disciplined. And don’t revenge trade or trade on emotion

I use the 1H mostly. Bc if the colors change I exit. And the color swaps are a little finicky on other time frames.

Just leave it the way it is

The fair value gaps can be used as a trailing stop if you like. But I would recommend using the second to nearest FVG if you do that.

So the risk management is better on the 1 min bc it’s easier to creat the fair value gaps and utilize as entries and exits. It’s not as profound on other time frames. But if you just use the MA touch method, it works just fine on all other time frames

So if UJ is at 3....5 then I know that it will catch up to USDX at some point .. but tahst not Im interested in ... Im intersted in GBPUSD which is neg to UJ ... and so I extend the correlation and see where GU is and enter

Bare with me, I'm thinking aloud. So the correlation betw. UJ & GU IS - 77%. Therefore if DXY moves by .1 then UJ moves in tandem by 1 and GU opposite by .77?

No... its varies and a moving target .. that -77 is the % of relation to the other pair not the % by which will ove to the target pair

Example you have some that are -58% but will move 1:1

or move 100% with the target

I pick ones that are over -70% as they pretty much move in tandem. At some point during the day they move away

Absolutely. So if you look at it has a drastic up or down motion. And then it kinda tapers a little. It’s really easy to see if you swap to HA candle. But if you use that, you can see when momentum is dying (for med-long trades) or just use it like I do and take a quick bite out if a trend

See how it lets you know that the momentum is dying? I love it

That’s really interesting ….. so basically using this oscillator we could avoid in entry trades where the momentum is over or better exit trades.

It is telling you more or less how long you can hold a position. But which good risk management you. An actually mail some pivot points. I haven’t got to try it yet bc it’s so new. But I’m going to.

So the dots you see. If there are dot on you current candle, then that means the likley hood of a reversal is virtually nothing

And if I miss the momentum. Plan B is to pull out after the crossing of the MA

I like the matrix oscillator a lot actually. It could make reads early. But sometimes too early. And the threshold and money flow didn’t exactly always match up. I can’t make a choice on a trade unless I have all of my confluences. So the matrix would cause me to miss some trades or to pull out early.

But with the AI. I don’t need an early forecast. I just need a good idea of what going on this exact moment.

And AI does that

So basically the rules for a entry (let’s say bullish …. Bearish would be opposite) are.

• candle color change
• candle crossing MA
• Wait for MA color change
• AI oscillator crossing 0 line with dots formation.

Or am I missing anything?

That how Iv been telling if I want ti buy or sell.

Im not looking to “buy or sell” I’m either only looking for buys or only looking for sells.

Does that make sense?

So the rules would be like

*trend tracer over the candle and red. So I’m looking for a sell

Ones the market hits my MA, I’m looking to enter the sell.

Market bounces off MA, so I enter the trade

And the AI oscillator tells me how long I can hold on to the trade

I just realized for that you was talking about my pivot thing. And not my normal strategy

Yes. The color changing candle and the crossing of the MA don’t happen is a specific order. And the MA color change is confirmation as well.

The hard part is the crossing of the Zero line on the AI oscillator. That cross needs to have dots right next to it and need to be near vertical. Your stop loss is at the top of the first candle to open after the market crosses the MA

I will try your strategy…. I ve my own one and I had 13-0 wins till today… they JPY turned against me and 2 trades were lost… I think my strategy is quite good…. But always trying to improve it

Also. If you use the matrix. You want the threshold to be met by the money flow like you see, but you also want that hyper wave higher (or lower on a short) than your threshold as well. Your hyper wave never crossed over the threshold

Well using the momentum oscillator I probably would have avoid the trade. Regarding the matrix I use it only for extra confirmation and more on dynamic way. In this case I took a risky trade since the smart trail wasn’t blue. So I checked the matrix and a saw a money flow increase and a hyper wave bullish ….. I mostly use the matrix for extra confirmation or calibrate my exit.

Bug I had same problem on GBP/JPY with Yen turning against my trade as brutal as this one

So I guess something has to do with the JPY…..

Yea. Japan is near intervention so it should be exhausting soon. The market has actually never been this high.

Well my strategy is really simple. And basically the perfect set up for a trade (let’s say bullish) would be the following.

• Green Candle (better if above trend catcher and trend tracer)
• Trend Catcher green (better if crossing up or above trend tracer)
• Trend tracer green
• Smart trail blue
• price over 200 Ema

Extra confirmation on PAC : CHOCH, BOS, FVG, Or bouncing OB

Matrix: Decresing Bearish money flow or increasing Bullish Moneyflow

Exit: 50% at 1:1 or X exit signal
Move stop loss to break even and take 50% when matrix give me a signal.
That’s about.
