This is tricky here. LuxAlgo recommends tradition candlesticks for precise calculations on their indicators such as the Matrix. As such, then Lux candle colors with traditional candlesticks can be powerful. But as you know, I like HA candles, so I needed to analyze my entries differentlty. So I really concentrate on the acual HA patterns for entries.....

I have finally found a possible use for using the Liquidity grab feature.

I’ve done a bit of a “study” on Liquidity Grabs and the Predictive ranges.
Liquidity grabs that “pierce” into the other range can work as a possible high R/R contrarian/reversal trade.
Here are two examples of Liquidity Grabs I would ignore.
Finally I have an example of a type of Liquidity Grab set-up that I would’ve taken, but ultimately have lost.
This on its own seems like it can make for a very profitable trading strategy, as long as one is consistent. That being said, I have not backtested this, and this is merely a bit of homework I did for myself to find a way to incorporate the LG with my favorite indicator: LuxAlgo’s Predictive Ranges.

The interesting thing about candle formations is that they can look very different on lower timeframes. It would be interesting to see how the liquidity grabs look say at the 1 minute and compare those. Or if you don't have time, could you tell me which dates you were looking at and the time zone you use? Thanks in advance 🙏

Ended up finding some time to go deeper into this study. The 1 minute chart was just pure chaos to me so I zoomed down into the 5 minute chart instead.
Firstly, when finding an entry on the 15 min TF, when I zoom down into the 5 minute chart, I noticed I could adjust the TP to align with the second range down to garner a few more pips. (Remember: the SL is small so if you’re adjusting lot size to always risk 1%, a few pips can be very significant).
Another thing I decided to look into was entering trades based soley off of the 5 min chart, and targeting the range that’s two lines away instead of only one.
I was surprised by how successful these trades were. Especially because it increased the amount of trades that were taken in the similar timespan. However, more trades also meant a couple more losses!
All in all, I believe it is possible to base an entire trading strategy using the Liquidity Grabs and Predictive Ranges, while only looking at the 5 min and 15 min TF. I also believe that since Liquidity Grabs don’t happen all the time, it can be possible to balance this with a 9 - 5 job, (depending on the job, of course).
That’s all for now. I’ll try using this strategy I’ve created based on this study on just EUR/USD next week. I’ll make sure to share the results.

Retracements in Forex trading are commonly assessed through Fibonacci retracement levels, derived from the Fibonacci sequence - a series of numbers where each number is the sum of the two preceding ones (e.g., 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, and so on). Technical analysis utilizes key Fibonacci retracement levels, such as 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8%, to identify potential support and resistance levels in the market.
However, my focus lies on evaluating potential pullbacks or retracements from specified levels within a trend, specifically originating from an Order Block. The probability of retracement from that point is of interest to manage SL better and or gain traction within the trend better.
Using the LuxAlgo indicator, the common practice is to enter upon the appearance of the first Green Candle or during the Purple Candle. Nevertheless, I propose that the focus should be on analyzing the Order Block rather than relying solely on the color of the candle, often red.
When combining the concepts of Higher High (HH), Higher Low (HL), Lower Low (LL), Lower High (LH), along with the presence of an Order Block, the probability of retracement appears to be lower than subsequent entries after that period.
For instance, considering a simple Long position...

for me, I love UJ and EU
But for UJ, you need to be sharp. with EU, there is room for mistakes, not much, there is some, but slower
