From what I have seen on the internet so far, the information that you are asking for is typically paid for and not free. I have spent quite a bit in trading research and strategies myself. I am sure this data would be very good to have, but I don't expect it to be free. I very much appreciate that people are willing to share their strategies and fueling the discussion. In most cases you will also read some backtesting context in the thread as well, if not the exact numbers.

there’s a community that’s called the trading floor they do exactly as I said in their discord for the indis they have created and have maybe 1/10th of the members that are here.

I think this would expand the appeal of lux and make more intrigued and also the ppl who had have lux in the pasts will want to subscribe again because of the actual data being there

and especially with that one backtesting software lux released to their lifetime trading view members, they’d be able to find much better and consistent results using the backtester

I’m not saying it won’t be difficult, all im saying is more than likely it would be extremely worth it, would create much more engagement as well from all the ppl in this discord.

The sheer number of options that are available with Lux make it very difficult to backtest in any automated fashion. That is the main difficulty. In my own experience in programming, and very limited experience in Pinescript, it is almost impossible to place all Lux indicators in one single backtesting engine. The complexity of such is mind boggling. I have access to the current backtesting engine, and even so, we cannot replicate a lot of the more complex strategies - at least, not without coding a lot more scripts ourselves in Pinescript.

Once you find a broker you like, you then want to see if TV has that broker data feed. If so, then you will have the same data price feed on TV charts and your brokers platform charts. If your lucky, you can integrate your brokerage account to TV and you can trade direct on TV charts

try to look for the purples off OB's along with LL/HH along an overall trend .... another way is split your screen into 4hr & 15min ..trade the 15min in direction of 4hr

BUT also know correlation really well

so I dont look at the target pair .. without looking at what its either neg or pos correlated ro

Just some insight ..... banks/inst have been borrowing JPY against USD deposits were talking over 20bil .... at a rate of 0.49% .... hedging the Yen with fwd contracts / options and then depo (bonds) USD/EUR/GBP especially and getting 4.1% ...making a killing on the spread ..... ..those options expired today ...

can you imagine you borrow at 0.49% with your deposits and then go and depo the same in fixed income getting 4.1% less the options/fwd contracts fee
