Take the trade, manage your risk. If its a losing trade then see what you did wrong, learn from it and move on. But dont ask other people if you should go long or short. Will mess up your own analysis and can make you gun shy when entering the market

The candle can be bullish or bearish. Every candle has a flipping bro . I always put it because i always have 2 bias when i trade so if 1h was bullish and i was looking for buys , didnt get the entry and structure broke to the downside, switch my bias to sells and wait for a setup
Lets say im looking for buys and The 4h is already impulsing and its 3am EST, london open. I could be 30 pips away from the candle flip but will still takes entries of course because 4h is implusing to the upside, 1h just pullback and is starting to impluse to the upside now
Example, look where my candle flip confluence was and look where i entered
Now here again on 30 min you see a break and retest above it now, the last example the break and retest was below it

If you mark the opening price of a candle with a line, it has always two sides... The bullish part above and the bearish part below... The flip is that point in between

why do you say that?
Because HA bars are formed differently providing pros and cons. The cons is inaccurate price entries, levels etc. the pro is gives you great trend visuals. Look it up

Because if your using HA bars and overlaying LUX bar colors, you have a double whammy that will give you great trends, but there’s give and take
If your caught in a false breakout on one of these HA bars, the SL may hurt you
BTW, I like HA bars 😎

I do not enter on the 5. I use as confluence for my 15 or 30 min entries
So if im taking a 15min buy, 5min structure needs to be bullish
15min sell, 5min structure needs to be bearish.
Ive taken to many losses not waiting for the 5min to shift before taking my 15min entry.
Heres a little tip on my market structure strat. If the 1h is bullish, but the 15min is bearish, the 1h is RETRACING. If the 1h is bullish and 15min is bullish, the 1h is impulsing to the upside
Same goes with how i use the 4h and 1h, if 4h is bullish , but 1h is showing bearish market structure, the 4h is retracing/pulling back
Here is a perfect example
You see how the 1h is doing a simple break and retest, and the 15min structure changed to bearish on the 1h retracement.

Trade with the trend, use support and resistance. This will be pretty much all you need to trade succesfully. Indicators add confluence and give you confidence on the positions entered. I trade Gold and silver. I have a rule of 1 trade per day, otherwise my mental capital gets drained.

Well stop over trading. Once you get a bigger account, you will automatically not want to trade as much. Backtest with a 50k account and risk 0.5 - 1% per trade and see your results. Max 3 trades a day. 1 and done if winner
