It is me,I use it on 1m for scalp. Watch some video about HA candles, to understand better how they form. They more smooth ,because it is already indicator of average price, renko based on ATR.Both of them more accurate on smallest TF.

I did a lot of bs for last session, looks like overtradet during week. Had opened short ,price went to my way,closed with profit ,thought flow is over ,opened long,price fell more,waiting till price come back for 3 hrs,once price come back closed it with 20$ profit,thought flow over,opened short again,but price pump 50 pips over, again was waiting for come back,during that fell sleep🤣 price touched exactly my entry point,but I missed it to close. Once wake up again -50 pips .

I was able to catch 150 pips in two days, using HTF (W/D/4H) order blocks & floor pivots in combination with the 5M entry method by JavelitoFX that is thaught here. I also like the community here.. A big thank you to @terse haven, I have taken his strategy and altered it very slightly to suit my own style. I trade on pure price action and volume. As a result, I have swapped the Stochastic for Buying/Selling Volume instead (free on TradingView).

I have manually back tested on over 300 trades this week. I also write my own algos but have always traded manually as I like to keep my eye on the market. Seeing @terse haven’s strategy got me thinking and here are the results from the back test. And of course, a big thank you to the Lux Algo team!

I kept it simple and used a fixed RR of 1:1. Therefore there were numerous runners that are not factored in that would boost the return profile. I always test on a 1:1 as it shows the accuracy of the entries alone.

Hello, it may be a simple MA on a higher timeframe, or historical volatility between 2 defined levels.

Yes, i traded off of every BOS and CHoCH signal so as to collate as much data as possible. I can now start to refine criteria down to improve accuracy.
For example: Taking a buy signal just below an OB more often than not will result in a loss. I can see that having captured so much data. This is the first filter, which will improve performance.

So I checked out Pepperstone as a potential broker for trading gold. They are regulated in the UK, Australia and Dubai

I have 1 chart setup for higher timeframe & just switch between the 1hr and 4hr (checking both) at the beginning of when I am ready to trade. Then I wait for all of the other criteria to line up on my 5M chart. I only trade 4 pairs for the most part, so have a 5m chart dedicated to each of those.
