I've used that one. But the alarms are repeated every time you fancy a candle.
The only option would be to start the day with the alerts refreshed. Paralyze all alerts when I finish my daily day of traiding. And the next day refresh all of them again.
For that would be the first option I guess.

Going sub 15 is getting trickier
Going sub 5 and the odds are stacked against most traders

No worries about the questions 😊 it's not Lux specific advice here. A trader who can trade low timeframes such as the 1m successfully before Lux should of course keep doing that
But in general trading those ultra low timeframes isn't a good idea unless you're extremely experienced and successful on them
Lux can be used on any timeframe

Alerts are always based on the settings used during their creation, if you change settings after creating an alert it won't affect that alert. Settings alerts when using autopilot would just alert you on the signals displayed when using autopilot.

I have done that kind of programming earlier so I am okay to do pinescript programming. I was able to get alert with RSI crossover at 30 and MACD crossover within certain candles.
If you can share procedure on how to leverage LuxAlgo indicators on my own own strategy then it would solve my issue of combining public indicators with lux algo indicators.

If I get strong, then I am looking at oscillator to see that I am in green zone or about to turn to green. I am also looking at trend catcher to see that trend is not flat and green and going up.
I am also looking at trend reversal zones to see that for buy I am closer to lower band

question about Lux Algo Statistics: In the Pivot Oscilator I see some dotted lines at the end. I read the doc that it is for forecasting. forcasting I understood was about seeing into the future. Like trying to predict what is about to happend.
But when I check I can see that the forecast is already in the history. All other indicators indicate what happend during period. Why forcast what might happend when it has already happend?

A signal is confirmed only once the candle is closed. Meaning a signal could appear on your chart but is not confirmed until that candle is closed and the next candle has started.
Our automated Discord bots will never notify you on any signal until the candle has closed and confirmed it. If you're adding alerts for Lux signals in TradingView - make sure to select "Once per bar close".

I'm confused of the forcast, at the bottom of the screen it says the time is 18:00 - 21:00, which I thought mean that this time is used for all indicators. But to me it looks like the Pivot Oscilator trying to forcast something that already had happend.
With happend I mean I see on the other indicators and they shows what happend. But the dotted lines at the end of the Pivot Oscilator shows the forcast and it is that which confuses me. I'm surely misunderstood something completly 🙂

Essentially it aims to help you spot potential pivot highs/lows in real time
Not forecasting them in the future, but spotting real time pivots based on the dotted ‘forecast’ that are then confirmed and permanent in the future
It can be a good indication if the pivot oscillator dotted forecast has a change in color at a place you may suspect is a pivot high or low

You are using "any alert() function call" ? It seems you have been alerted for a normal buy turn strong, which is highlighted by a purple candle becoming green.

If you did not change the settings after creating the alert then I would suggest remaking it, but in general this should be the only issue in such scenarios.

In the “connect accounts” portal you have the field to enter your username - if you entered & it’s not there try refreshing.
If it’s still not there after refreshing email your TradingView username to support@luxalgo.com

A signal is confirmed only once the candle is closed. Meaning a signal could appear on your chart but is not confirmed until that candle is closed and the next candle has started.
Our automated Discord bots will never notify you on any signal until the candle has closed and confirmed it. If you're adding alerts for Lux signals in TradingView - make sure to select "Once per bar close".

None of the Indian cards can be used on any site right now. Payment processors need to implement a new API which they obviously couldn’t as this was a last minute thing.

Make sure you entered the correct TV username into the Connect Accounts portal, if so, you have to refresh your TradingView app to have them unlock
If not, email support@luxalgo.com your correct TV username and we will unlock within a couple hrs

Ok. I think we had a discussion on it earlier as well and that was for strategy. I think both of these may need a separate server implementation using webhook where I get multiple alerts and combine them to then send one upstream alert. Is that the only solution you can think at this time ?

Thank you. Really appreciate you looking at it and making Lux algo even more useful for everyone.
One simple way for you is to give us an option like - Select another signal within certain candles or ability to check status of another indicator. This is what I had been thinking of implementing on my server but devil is always in details so when trying that we realized that we don’t have lot of interesting data access and values of other indicators which you do have inside the Lux algo and can make better decisions.

- Default Lux Algo (V4 inputs).
- Normal trading hours (no extended hours)
- Main exchanges / brokers such as NASDAQ / TVC / FXCM / OANDA / COINBASE / BINANCE
If you have created your own, custom TradingView alerts, be aware they are set per the exact settings you had at the time you set those alert(s).

Sure I’m no expert though and I would definitely recommend to watch Geckos videos.
I’ve also not used on 15m much and usually trade 1-4h charts.

My usual strategy is Auto settings. Using 4h chart buy after a buy signal confirms with a green candle and green trend catcher and green on the oscillator. Works ok on the 1h chart as well.
Use the TP targets given or get out at a sell signal or take some profits at resistance levels. Or you can even hold until trend catcher turns red
My Kantan ashi strategy has only started today so I wouldn’t recommend just yet lol

Yep; that will still change the signals
So signals use the TA chart type data not the Lux Candles
So if you load kantan ashi; the signals will use the chart data, not the KA candles

You need to remove those indicators
TradingView Free allows for 3 indicators open at a time
So since you have 3 open
You'll need to close them before you add lux
So you click the script name and click x. Doing this removes it from your chart
Once you have removed the 3 indicators from your chart then you can add lux

For example on trend tracer might be red but when switch it to trend catcher line is green so little confused about this

The trend catcher is more predictive in nature so can catch a trend earlier at the risk of fakeouts
The trend tracer is a more classical trend following tool so can react slower
So it'll depend on your trading style and how you want to use them 🙂
