Something I've noticed recently that's a problem. On the desktop windows version connected via WiFi and cable connection I get alerts in a timely fashion. However on my phone that is connected through cellular and wi fi it can take up to none or two minutes for an alert to show up on the phone. This is a real problem, especially when the market is going up or down fast. Since both are connected to wifi, and there are not problems with that connection, I'm really thinking it's your folks notification server that is causing the delay. This is a pretty important thing to fix for me thank you thank you! This has been happening pretty much since I started trading with trading view several months ago.

I believe this is something you need to investigate with your mobile phone and TradingView themselves.
Even though both are connected to wifi, you are stating that your desktop produces timely notifications, but your mobile does not.
This might be caused by your mobile hardware and processing internals.
I would contact TV to see if they can guide you with optimizing your mobile settings.
Not related to LuxAlgo.
My alert notifications function on desktop, as well as my tablets and mobile, on wifi or cellular.

If you feel these are a bit late, you can try to set the lengths a little lower.
Just have to experiment, but remember not to back fit past history, as price action flow does change....The key maybe is, filtering these structure changes with other PAC elements.

trend catcher is not an external value, it was requested before and I believe it's in the works. There is a workaround, however it's trial and error:, also this requires a higher tradingview subscription (to enable indicator on indicator)

Add S&O to your chart, remove everything except trend catcher/tracer (whichever you are using)
Add the free indicator Momentum to your chart, set Length = 1, set Source = Signals and Overlays Trend Catcher (or Tracer)
For the condition trend catcher switching bullish, use Mom crossing over 0 in your condition, for switching bearish, crossing under 0

That's the limitation of the flip workaround. It will trigger every time there is a step up or step down, so just be aware of that.

In addition to what @uneven carbon has mentioned, you can set an alert to when the current regular confirmation signal becomes strong - this is what this option is for (see pic). This event is not the same as the Bullish+ or Bearish+, it is for when there is a regular confirmation signal, and the candle then turns green (from a bullish confirmation, see 2nd pic) or red (from a bearish confirmation).

The reason you don't see anything with default settings is that the provider has very little data or candles for the ticker. If you set the lookback to a lower figure, say 100 candles, then you will see the information that you need. You could also set the chart timeframe to something lower if you really want to use the script's default settings.

Unfortunately the only values you will get when using the {Default} message will be in text format and not numeric. You can of course include numbers in the text you are using, but you cannot change what is inside the {Default}.

I suggest you start with one condition at a time using the 'highlight on chart' to see where your conditions would be met and your alert would be triggered. If you go to the settings style tab, you can toggle the oversold/bought on and off to see what those represent and you can also change the user defined oversold/bought levels in the style tab as well

hey, yes unfortunately not all signals will produce an 'X' exit signal. You could check https://discord.com/channels/641770286638694402/1128499789437354106 as to how other member have their exit trade positions.

One suggestion could be say use the Trend catcher you have on your chart. You could always close your positon when prices crosses that. But then thats just an example of how you could potentially manage your trades. Its upto the individual trading to come up with their own trade management.

what conditions are you trying to be alerted on? in that picture - if you selected any of them, you would use any alert() function call in the alert
