Ok, yes, it is very possible to use TradingView alerts with webhooks to execute your trades into your brokerage account. These are typically processed through 3rd party services. You can do some research with these 3rd party services as well as chat with others in the general chat channels to see if anyone has experience with this....

Yes, I know how to make a webhook with my brokerage account... however, BingX uses webhooks into Perpetuial, but in TV, only connects to Standard.... so I can webhook them, BUT Standards are no comission... So like the TP's are auto set, I need some Enter automation....

Need help setting an alert for the PAC indicator. Trying to get it so that when a green candle enters a Bearish OB, it triggers the alert. Under custom alert creator, I selected order blocks, entered bullish OB, step 1. Then for external step 2, I selected LuxAlgo S&O Bar Color Value, Step 1. But when the alert triggers, there's no OB in sight. I had to select External Step 2 for the bar color value because there's no option with External Step 1 to choose the bar color.

One other question as well - if I wanted to an alert anytime a new order block is created (bullish or bearish) I would select Bullish OB & Bearish OB under the volumetric order blocks any alert, yes?

Is it possible to program LuxAlgo signals in PineScript in a strategy?

BUY: If: the candle is green then buy and if a sell signal (Exit on opposite signal) then close the position.
SELL: If: the candlestick is red then sell and if there is an exit on opposite signal then close the position.

Unfortunately, I can't set it up with the LuxAlgo Backtesting System (S&O) because I use the candle coloring Preset/Filter (Swing trader [Preset]) for this strategy.

So my question is, can I call LuxAlgo Candle Coloring and Signals using a function in PineScript? Or should I not even try.

Double check if you are using the same TV ID on the app as on the browser. If you can see the same saved chart layout that you made with the Lux indicators, then you have the right ID. Do remember that TV IDs are case sensitive.

Still new here. Just joined about a week ago and picked up the LuxAlgo Premium. I am unable to see a backtesting channel where strategies are shared. Also while observing a daily chart of NVDA manually adjusting the optimized sensitivity feature I discovered a day in which there was a 2 sell confirmation with purple candles, then the next day the sell confirmation was no longer there and the candles were all green, then today back to purple again with a 2 sell confirmation from a few days ago. Still trying to figure that one out.

I kept the recommended optimized sensitivity according to the reading.

Past signals were valid based on the optimized sensitivity at that time…

It is most likely that Trading View has made an update on their platform that affects this script. What you have already done by reporting this to the Lux team is sufficient. Please be aware that as this is open source, there are no guarantees. We can only wait and see. You can of course look into the code yourself and make whatever changes you need.

I would like to set up an alarm that is activated when the price of the "Price Action Concepts" indicator goes into the red premium area (the rectangle) or moves it. I have set the "Custom Alert Creator" with a check mark at "Premium /Discount" and selected "Premium". When setting up the alert, I selected "Custom Alert Condition".
The alert is also triggered. But when the price is between the red premium block and the "Equilibrium" line.

What do I have to do so that the alert is only selected when the price goes into the red rectangle or alternatively when the red block is moved because the price has risen accordingly?

That is the default behavior in the backtesters. the exit on opposite signal option is for unfiltered signals - so if you don't have this checked, what happens is that when your short conditions are fulfilled, any long entries are closed and a short is opened.

The option to remove such behavior has been requested, so that trades can run to TP or SL regardless @nocturne oyster

That is incorrect. It is possible to take trades only in one direction. For the S&O BT, all you have to do is set an impossible condition on the side you don't want (say shorts) like Trend strength > 100. Just make sure that you have a TP and SL for your longs otherwise the BT will not have any results.

Been meaning to report, when displaying higher timeframe (ex 1h) fvgs on a 5m chart, it will sometimes keep painting the same fvg overlapping until you refresh the page. Confirmed on fresh chart
