Alright, 3 things: you need to update to the latest version of Signals and Overlays because there was a a fix precisely for AI classifier in 6.1.3 but might as well get the latest version 6.1.4 #🔊announcements message. next, you need to filter your AI classifier settings in Custom alert, instead of "1234" you should use "23" like what you wanted. then recreate the custom alert, but select once per bar close please.

Hi, Team. Just wanted to clarify regarding the alerts in Oscilator Matrix. I've read docs, but it's not clear. Can I use both Any Alert function and Custom Alert Creator at the same time and they will work as Or Any Alert function call Or Custom Creator. So basically Custom creator becomes one more additional option for Alerts Function Call. For instance, if I use these settings, will both Alert types work? Or it just works in the way that only one type will be triggering and the other will be ignored. Your alert system is great, however there's a lack of explanation of details, from my perspective. So my expactation from the picture bellow: Alert will trigger if Any Alert (HWO Overbought or Reversal Up/Down or Bull/Bear Div) OR Custom Alert Creator (Hyper wave Oversold AND Extrenal 2)

Yes, that's correct. The any alert section is basically a series of OR conditions, and ticking the custom alert Trigger as any alert basically adds the custom alert section as another condition.

No. The tick is to enable the use of only one alert when you create your trading view alert. Say for example you have selected options in both the any alert and custom alert sections. You can use two alerts to enable them in Trading View, one alert using the any alert and the second using the custom alert. Or one alert for both. There are pros and cons to each method. Using any alert means you cannot select the time frequency of the alert as this is by definition at the end of the bar. Using custom alert you can also add a custom message. I'm having trouble creating an alert. I'm using Signals & Overlays -> Any Alert Function Call -> Select Bearish Contrarian. But when I go to create an alert it doesn't give me the drop down for "Signals & Overlays." Why is this happening?

Usually TV does that due to incorrect data being cached. Would recommend that you log off on all devices that use Trading View and then try again preferably with a clean chart.

Trading view alerts will not be affected by any updates that you make, so double triple check your indicator settings before you create them 👍 there are many more options available when creating alerts for signals and overlays, I would recommend that you read docs: https://docs.luxalgo.com/luxalgo-premium-indicators/signals-overlays/alerts

@hard orbit, I need assistance with the Custom Alerts please. I set a few and I noticed some did not get triggered during the course of the Day but a Signal displayed on the Chart resulting in me missing out of that Trade.

I only set for Strong Confirmation Custom Alerts, is there a Step I am Perhaps missing.

It takes two steps to use the Any alert() or Custom alert section. First is selecting the conditions that you want, then next is creating the Trading View alert. If you have done both of these, then kindly post your chart, indicator and alert settings so we can have a look.

If there was no blue tick then that means your conditions were not found at all, and you will not get an alert. Change your smart trail to downtrending.

If you want to use external inputs from the Premium indicators, the custom alert variable is available from PAC and Osci Matrix, but not from Signals and Overlays. Hope that helps.

Hello, i tried to search for the answer but couldn't find any. Is there a way to copy you settings for every time there is an update? i liked my settings with PAC 1.4.4 but now 1.4.5 is out and i have to set them again. not that its so much work but would like to know if its possible

TradingView does not provide migrating settings from a previous version to a newer version, as the settings may look similar, but the internal coding most likely will not. We would have to adjust the settings with the new version.

hello, I have updated the PAC to 1.4.5 and I am using lux algo signals and overlay with confimation gradient, from yesterday after the update the color of the candles are not functioning, it is in function just confirmation simple.

Yes Sir. I did a test on 1 min time frame and it works. Running a set up now on HTF to see how it goes

Alert does not work for gradient coloring as there are multitudes of levels of the color. It snot like red or green and purple. I am sure that would be a drain on the internal algo etc

Another thing i noticed with order blocks. The alerts come in when in order block but you don't see that order block on screen and have to switch time frames to actually see what order block got triggered. It seems the time frame assigned for order blocks on a retest didn't really function accordingly but if the FVG works well now like it did on the 1min tf test, then am good to go.

I am not sure what scenario you are looking at, or when you viewed the chart for the alerted OB, but in general, OB's disappear depending on how you have that mitigated in the settings.

And you can also save each one of these as a separate template for future use

Hi there, I would recommend that you learn to use the custom alert yourself so that you can more easily use it in future. Refer to docs, especially looking at the custom alert highlight bar which would show you where the alert would have happened on previous candles. Hi there, I did notice that if you are using the AI classifier, the confirmation/contrarian signal color doesn't change even when you change the styles. It probably has to do with the numbers being displayed. We can ask the team politely to look at it: @shy relic , would we be able to change the style/color of the confirmation/contrarian signals while using AI classifier? I noticed that it remains the same even when I change the colors in the style tab.

I can't seem to find a way to save them seperately for each chart. For example when I change my settings on one chart it's changing on all of the others charts. If I can get some help on how I change my settings for each chart separately and save them I will be thankful.

Have you tried saving your charts into templates? and when you say it changes on all other charts, do you mean to say the indicator settings change on your other charts regardless of the template name? Perhaps you can show a screenshot so we can take a look.

Use the create alert, crossing condition, 1, 0, -1 which would be equivalent to green, purple and red.

You also have to create a Trading View alert, select Any alert() function call.

By the way, mixing Confirmation and Contrarian would not work - your settings would only return one and not the other @astral burrow

It is 2 steps to use the any alert section, 1st is to tick the options you want in Signals and Overlays, and 2nd step is to create the Trading View alert. If you do one without the other nothing will happen.

They were designed and optimized for regular candlesticks. But that doesn’t mean that it won’t function on other bar types. You just need to be cognizant on what features will function properly or not on other bar types
