Remove both PAC and S&O, then re-add S&O, enable the candle colouring, you can then add PAC back and disable candle colours, this should fix. Because both indicators have the ability to colour candles, this can cause some issues

On the OB Metrics Size settings, do you have it set to Auto? try setting it to small. On the 1m chart with the 15m OB, did you enable Show Breaker?

the mitigation logic is always done on the lower tf, in the 15min tf only the candle wick mitigate the breaker block, however on the lower tf the price mitigates it, effectively removing it from the displayed order blocks 🙂

yes, you just have to take into account this mitigation aspect 🙂 You can eventually use the "Wick" mitigation mode on the HTF chart, this might eventually show what you see on lower tf, not a guarantee tho

Hey Support, I had reported this issue with the Signals and overlays indicator but so far its not been resolved:

• when selecting Bullish/Bearish ConfirmationTurn Strong alert under Any alerts, the Bullish one works fine when the candles turn green but the Bearish one never works when the candle turn red.... this bug seem to have been there for the past few releases ... long ago used to work i believe...
• when we have Take Profilt / Stop Loss selected under alerts, these trigger not as JSON (although json is selected... can you kindly make these like the other alerts and include the ticker info in the json... When we have many tickers with alerts, the TP/SL dont make any sense about what ticker triggered it etc... Thanks very much in advance

Enable Signal mode and you will see the TP/SL (blue/red), if you select NONE for Signal Mode, you will only see purple levels with no TP or SL letter

Here's what you can do...concentrate one 1 or 2 features of the Matrix, learn them and then add the other features

Learn one trigger feature at a time.

Example, learn the MoneyFlow only, ONLY look at the MoneyFlow in backtest

Learn how that moves with your price chart

then when that clicks, add the HyperWave Turning Points

Can you see how the MoneyFlow turns red and thicker and then thinner and then flips and turns green and thicker green?

So when moneyflow is red, you only look for short, when moneyflow is green, only look for longs

So when you have the matric on your chart, TRAIN your eye to have tunnel vision and ONLY look at the moneyflow

Yes, I see how it moves from red while expanding, the inner red part expresses oversold conditions. After that, the red zone shrinks and and the green begins.

According to the developers, it is the way the OB algorithm interprets the formations of OBs, which is the most optimal for Price Action Concepts. There might be no fix, as there is nothing to "fix," but yes, the developers are constantly optimizing the algos' for future releases.

I would argue that there should be a right way to interpret these order blocks, for ex a quick google shows the top results defines a bullish order block as being created by a bearish candle. If this is how most traders define it I would expect the indicator to work the same way

I would also say that not detecting order blocks that are in the middle of a trend is a badly needed feature and should be classified as something users would hope and expect the indicator to be able to do.

User defined settings as to how many and what significant OB's you want to enable for your style.

You might have had the signals settings different when you created the alert. When the alert is created it uses whatever is the current settings of the indicator. (Autopilot or Optimal Sensitivity). you might need to create the alert again if ur not sure. What I like to do is note in the title of the alert the sensitivity I was using when i created the alert 🙂 .

The alerts should work fine regardless of the settings. However, what happens is that sometimes the settings that were enabled when the alert was created are different from what is currently enabled. As a result, an alert will be triggered, but you won't see it on your chart. Therefore, I suggest trying to recreate the alert with the settings u want and see if it fixes the issue.

Have you selected Any Alert () when creating the alert? If you have and aren't recieving alerts, you've likely changed settings after doing so, which invalidates the alert, I would remake them 🙂

Hi. I setup webhook alerts using the "Any alert()" settings with the "Message as JSON " option checked. Noticed that the alert is in JSON format for all other alerts except stop loss and take profit, for which it is just plain text. That messes up automation when the server on the other side is expecting JSON. Could this please be fixed so that the stop loss, take profit webhook alerts are also constructed as JSON. Thanks!

Good Morning, hope your trading is going well: I have 2 questions : 1) On the Oscillator Matrix premium indicator the green dot near the 25 level area appears which I understand is potential buy signal and it appears sooner then the buy signal on the signal and overlays indicator-is this normal? it seems the oscillator is more sensitive. 2) the line that travels through the oscillator turns from green to gray and on the 25 level it prints a long horizontal blue line. is it normal?

Both the Matrix and Signals & Overlays are two separate tools that have their own personality and setting configurations. That is the beauty of this, as we can find common validating triggers to help us analyze our charts.....

And yes, the Matrix HyperWave and Turning Points are a bit more reactive to the ebb and flow of the price movements....this is a huge advantage when used in conjunction with the Signals and Overlays or the Price Action Concepts

This is totally at your discretion, but LuxAlgo recommends traditional candlesticks for accuracy, which will be very important for market structure and key levels with their Price Action Concepts. There is also a good amount of members that do trade successfully with other bar forms as well.

hi. when i try to set alerts on tradingview non of the luxalgo indicators appear in the any condition option even though i have signals and overlays, matrix on my chart yet non luxalgo macd and rsi that are on my tradingview chart are available as options. If i click luxalgo in the top left of my chart and press the 3 grey dots the luxalgo add alert option is in grey and not white so does not allow me to set an alert

What you've alerted for and circled in this screenshot don't correspond, it isn't a conf+
It's cut off so I can't really see if you've selected the defaults, but that's what you'd want for the signal you circled

In any case, remake with the correct settings and you'll be alerted 🙂

I really wish you could add a hidden output that is not drawn on the chart, but you can use it as input to other indicators (such as test benches, or other indicators)
This would just give your indicator even more superpower. This is what I mean:
So numbers +1 to +5 are long entries signals +10 to +15 are different long exit
Numbers -1 to -5 are short entries signals -10 to -15 are different short exit
If you add this (should be fairly easy) then I can redirect your signal to my indicators. (you can also make a test bench that can consume this signals also)

What I do is set the settings:

Step 1

• Any Confirmation Bullish (Bearish for opposite signal)
• Neo Cloud: Up (Down for short)
• Trend Tracer: Up (Down for short)

Step 2: Create the Alert
Step 3: Go back to indicator and switch settings for opposite side
Step 4: Create Alert for opposite size

What variables are behind this in order for it to trigger ?

An alert for this you don't need PAC, all of these conditions are in S&O
This alert would trigger when there is a confirmation signal when both NC and TT are bullish etc., you could try setting just one on the <1m and seeing if it triggers
You could try also disabling autopilot

A little feedback on my first time looking at these alerts.

1. It seems the "custom alert creator" is not json, in spite of selecting "Messages as Json" in the group above. IMO The "message as json" should be a global setting, but this is minor I've handled both cases now
2. the S&O alert setup is not really optimal and requires duplicating a ton of alerts. Unless I'm doing this entirely wrong, it seems in order to create an alert for reversal zones you need to create 4 seperate alerts.. "wihin upper zone", "within lower zone", "entering upper zone", "entering lower zone". Maybe these alerts also show in the group "any alert function call conditions" and are not required seperately? if so which one?
3. Same thing for others e.g. Smart Trail seems to require a seperate alert for "Switch Up" vs "Switch Down".

Basically I want to add this indicator ONCE per symbol/tf. Not having to duplicate each permutation of alerts which will burn through max alerts almost instantly for a lot of pairs.

If I'm doing this wrong please let me know 🙂

If you want an alert on the ST cross for example, you can do that with one alert using the built ins:

Would be much more manageable to simply have one instance of each indicator (S&O, Osc, and PAC) for each chart, and simply send the k,v for all opted in state changes

Hi there 👋 (the video you've sent is set to private). Currently, this issue might occur when PAC is enabled alongside Signals & Overlays, as both have the ability to colour candles.

If you have both enabled, you can remove PAC from your chart, set the candle colouring then re-add PAC and disable candle colours.

There must be something you're changing after setting the alerts, these are triggering fine for me when I recreate - try not changing any settings after setting the alert, this can invalidate it
