You could try resetting the chart settings @pulsar kelp
Top right of the chart, settings, apply defaults
Though TV adjusts the scale so every plot on the chart is visible, meaning it will compress the MACD
You could counter this by adjusting the scale by dragging on the right, though generally the OB and OS levels on the MACD should be deactivated as it's an unbounded Oscillator, or their values adjusted in the settings.

It's not possible to create an alert with the custom conditions 'any confirmation except if the tracer etc. switches colour'.
The feature is basically there to work the same way as if you were to use a crossing alert for changing the colour, though it just allows you to have more conditions in one alert.

Hi @dire breach - there aren't any Strat alert issues currently, though there was recently an update pushed for the indicator, so I'd suggest making sure you're up to date then remaking the alert.
An issue could also be presented potentially by the dashboard, so you could try disabling this also and see if there's any change

From your screenshot, it seems you're not using the placeholders correctly - for the RZ extremity value you'd need to use {{plot("RZ R3 Band")}} for example
{{plot_9}} is just another way to access the corresponding plot

Hello, I have setup the webhook alerts on LuxAlgo on TradingView to trade based on conditions "Any Bullish Confirmation" and "Bullish Exit". The alerts work so far. However, I made an observation that after "Any Bullish Confirmation" alert there might be a bearish signal shown on the chart. And, this doesn't invoke the "Bullish Exit" condition alert. Is this behavior correct? I'm asking this since the turn from bullish to bearish means a trend reversion and this also means that the existing long position must be closed. Is my understanding correct here? Should I setup additional alert on "Any Bearish Confirmation" triggering the same action as "Bullish Exit" to address the trend reversal? If yes - why did LuxAlgo implement it this way? Does LuxAlgo assume that the exchange operation mode is the hedge mode allowing the coexistence of the long & short positions on the same time? Does this make sense this way?

This error can happen if you have too many features on the chart enabled, TradingView has some issues trying to 'calculate' the entire indicator

Hi, quick question, I have the backtesting 2.0 script, and in the previous 1.1 version any sell signals or close long signals would close a long position, which was perfect (that's how it should be), now with 2.0, I assumed that it would be the exact same way, is that true? Or if you want a sell signal to close a long position (in addition to a close long signal), would you have to do something different like add the message code into the sell signal box, or if there's a sell signal will it know to close any long position? I have PAC loaded up with Order Blocks set to 12 minute Timeframe. That should show the same Order Blocks across all chart timeframes correct? Mine are showing slightly different, for example I have all setting exactly the same on a 12 minute chart and a 1 hour chart on BTCUSDT. I’m telling you 100%, this issue started with the latest update. Prior to this the label would occasionally hang off the screen. After the 1.2.4 update, no pattern text. Chrome on Mac, PC,and the iOS app all have the same issue.

It’s a really useful feature, because an ascending wedge and triangle can look very similar on the chart, and the text label makes it clear which of those is detected.

TradingView MTF behaviour can change if you are on an higher TF and are looking for the OB on a lower TF.
This is normal, it's best to look for orderblock on a timeframe that is higher than the one of your chart, I'd recommend going on the timeframe where you want your OB to appear

I look at 2 TFs at the same time on the same TradingView tab (2 window charts on the same tab). I go with the cursor and touch an OB in a lower TF, it doesn't touch an OB in the higher TF.

@worldly cliff I would like to report an issue, with the 1.1 backtesting script the buy/sell would close the opposite position like it should, so a new buy signal would close any shorts, but now with 2.0 that happens sometimes, but sometimes it doesn't, and it doesn't happen quite a lot. I trade with 3C and Alternatron and capitalize.ai and would consider myself to be advanced, so this isn't a random mistake on my end with message codes, its just not triggering the exits on opposites like it should be like 1.1 was. Is this the right area for me to report this or should I send an email to the support email?

The docs indicate that it looks back 250 bars. So I assume it changes depending on the internal calculation code after each bar is formed and what that trigger is, in order to display a new optimal setting on the dashboard.
