About the new feature - My understanding is, if swing high was strong, then more volume at high has occurred than at swing low. Correct me If I am wrong.

Also we can assume, not enough buying was done at swing low so price might go lower again. On the contrary, if swing low was strong, more upside can be expected above the weak high in near future.

a buy signal or a strong buy signal in the LuxAlgo premium indicator is dependent on the candle size. for example: I can see a strong buy signal on 1hr chart for BTC but won't see a strong buy signal when I switch to daily chart.

@fading moss also, your first arrow points to a purple candle, not a strong. So you would want extra confirmation before entering that one.

Your second arrow shows a short, straight into support. So I wouldn’t enter that either. Of the 2 trades on your screenshot highlighted with the black arrows, I wouldn’t of entered on either.

@fading moss for a safer entry, you may want to look at only trading with the higher timeframe trend. So don’t look to long and short. Look at the higher timeframe and trade in the same direction only.

Also, rather than immediately enter on a break of smart trail, look at a re-test of smart trail. That way you avoid fake-outs.

Don’t just rely on a buy / sell signal. You need to analyse the market, draw your Trendlines, support & resistance etc. then, when you make a decision to trade, use Lux to confirm that decision. That’s how I use Lux. It’s an additional confirmation tool, to confirm what I’ve already analysed.

Your settings look fine, although I use long term auto pilot, you have mid term on a five minute chart. I would expect quite a few ‘wrong’ signals on such a timeframe. Also. Why have smart trail on if your not going to use it.

You may want to use trend tracer. Rather than trend catcher. Trend catcher is more like an early warning of possible trend direction. It tries to catch the bottoms / tops. So use that only if your happy with the added risk that it will get it wrong on occasions.

Something to note is that the order blocks change position from chart if you pick 1h MTF and go to the 1 minute chartthey will not be the same as the ones in the actual 1 h timeframe . Not sure where to send the message is that something fixable or just is . Great indicator by the way. ES/ chart .

The time location of an order block of a different timeframe can differ from the location on its chart timeframe, this behavior is proper to the tools used to retrive the order blocks data on different timeframe. 👍

I’m not support but I’ve used Lux for almost 2 years. Lux does sometimes gives signals which aren’t always perfect. That’s why Lux offers other tools, so you can filter out the wrong ones. You have reversal zones switched on. Price looks to be coming out of the reversal zone, that’s a bullish sign. That would tell me , don’t enter a short when there are other conflicting signs. It also looks like you have support (green block) directly under price. Again, I wouldn’t short directly into support.

Looking at price action, looks like a double bottom, bullish sign.

That’s 3 signs that says Bullish and 1 sign says short. So I wouldn’t be entering a short there. Just because there is a Lux signal.

Look at the whole picture, don’t just rely on a Lux signal to be right 100% of the time. @lament badge

The TF used when setting an alert is the one you're on at the time

When you set the alert, it's set on the timeframe you're on.
Say you set it on 5 mins, you'd then only be able to have the alert on the 5 min chart

it is my experience that the exit signal is much more frequent in autopilot mode than if I manually set the signal and confirmation signal myself. But I'm also looking for an explanation as to why I don't exit the trade based on the signal in more cases. Also I use luxalg with a stick, I temporarily solved it so that the buy/sell starting in the opposite direction gives a stop market signal to my stick.

When I try to add an alert on Lux Algo Price Action Concepts or Lux Algo Premium, the "Add alert" menu item is greyed out. I've tried different time intervals as well as different computers. When I close it out and re-add it, the "add alert" is still greyed out. A couple of times in the last week, it was not greyed out, but I was unable to identify what made it work on that occasion.
