So the concept behind RSI is nothing more than showing you overbought and oversold market conditions what you can expect when that happens is a temporary retracement now when it comes to the bollinger ban same thing price touching the top or bottom of the Bollinger band also can implicate overbought and oversold conditions and it’s helpful that lux Algo sends out signals that I can use to my advantage on what pairs I should be looking at in what direction that’s why I love all lux Algo so much

i found that the signal was lagging. its clearly popup right after the move already started. is this because my settings or anyone experience the same thing?

Well that move probably triggered the algorithm to consider a sell, but yes it happens

To avoid losses I usually only take the signals if:
-they happen in the direction of a trend
-I use them as a confirmation among other things like price action

But that’s just me. I’m in most my trades for a few hours, rarely 2 or 3 days. I don’t like scalping too much and I generally focus on long term trend and avoid trading reversals as much as possible. I also always put a stop loss and a take profit (just in case I’m doing something or sleeping but generally I’m looking to push profits as much as possible until I see a reversal about to occur)
I also aim for 1% a day, once I get that, no matter how many opportunities arise, I’m done for the day.
I guess take anything of what I say with a grain of salt or at face value, it doesn’t really affect me, but that’s how I stay profitable long term.

no VWAP is great on the 30m/1 hour for support and resistance. My big tell is the 125. The vwap is of course at the same price level no matter the time frame but the 125 is at a different price level on all 4 time frames so it sets up great TP and SL so if its a short price will cross the 1m 125 first, then the 5m 125 2nd and so on.

if vwap and 125 is at the same level on the higher time frames then 90% of the time you know price is going there

I think this sounds a lot like using fib retracement tool, far from VWAP is like paying attention to location of the session's range.

Trying to predict pivots from the highest or lowest points of the session.

The signals are great but isnt what makes LUX great overall. Take your time learning it all. The Algo is top notch all around the signals are just the icing on top

When the 30m shows bulls are in control by x % and then the 5m switches to bulls in control by x% that what you want you want to avoid entering a trade on the lower time frames against who has control on the higher time frames. If you do you might pull off small wins but the risk to reward is not great.

And as for as the WMA % that will tell you the strength of what you are seeing on that 5m and 30m

Also if 30m is ranging or 1 hour is ranging is very powerful to know as well

There is deviation on the 15m but as long as it keeps climbing. Ideal situation is it gets to like 30-32 area and the candle closes because and then just wait because price will come back to 25 and if you see it hold that would be a spot I would look to enter. But you got to watch that 25 line make sure you trust it before you enter. It’s going to retest it for sure because of the deviation

Exactly as @fiery idol Says it, one of my core strategies is trading reversals and entering them in near it's highest or lowest of day creates better odds. You could simply use fibonnaci retracement tool too. But take everyone's advice lightly and practice with it with small money first.

I like using around a 1 hour interval or 2 hour.... but i do check the minutes...

Its a great way to make money but you need to wait for very strong signals... I wouldnt recommend scalping etc... unless your deadly at trading... Im finding that strong signals on the 1 and 2 hour charts, take longer but give huge gains..

the trades have to be executed at the exact right time too.. to avoid too much loss where you get liquidated, because longer term trades require more financial room... But i apply stop losses to avoid crazy losses... i usually trade 10% of my margin per trade... so with 1000 in your margin... you could start with like 25-30 times for leverage... or split your portfolio into 20% of high risk like make 200 split into two trades at 100 but make those 125x and use that money for the golden cows... the ones you see that come up that are peaking RSI, that above your slope directional etc.... and then sink it.

Image 2 is a 1 hour view... you can see the price is dropping below the directional slope, where as with Image 1 on the 1 minute chart you can see more signals (Depending on your settings of course) but it shows that even though its dropping outside the bollinger like crazy on the 1 minute chart... its not necessarily, yet... just heading into a down trend on the 1 hour chart... as its just crossing the green line... so this is why i find 1 hour charts safer also gives bigger payouts.

yes but you need to look at other indicators... like RSI, is great... to see if it peaks over 80 or 70 and below 20 or 30 (your preference) also depending on the stock or chart your trading... and also look for volume width with bollinger bands... these are helpful to see if alot of people are buying or selling into your trade... then look at the direction... is it falling below your line or exceeding above your line... of direction.

i analyzed the charts from yesterday on the live crypto bot scanner on this page and 5 out of 7 were good trades... pretty much... the ones i looked at anyway... but you'd need to set up your LUX, to almost line up with these bots... if you increase agility like shown in this link it helps to narrow down when to set a sell alarm
