Nope, there is one per toolkit. If you place an S&O LUCID in the PAC dropdown it will give you an error. Only use the ones you need for your strategy.

It depends if the LUCID connector is being used or no. When I am putting the strategy together I leave the strategy script for last so that's when the entry/exit signals on the chart change.

Im keeping an eye on $AMCI in tomorrows pre yall. she was the leader on fridays after hours. She has a low float and cap. catalyst, good price that could run 100s or 1000s of % in an day session. Who knows... Maybe even a multiday runner. We all saw what $SMX did when she started that move on thanksgiving eve. look at what $AMCI did on 12/08 and 9/19. $OCG was fun as could be on fri. Everyone scalped her below $1 when the bell rang to a high $4.15 then shorted her to where shes at now at .30c. lol

In the AI Chat settings, the steps are mentioned as below:

Quick steps:

Open Signals & Overlays settings.
1.Go to Presets / Filters (or the Filters section).
2.Enable the filter you want to use as the higher‑timeframe confirmation (example: Smart Trail, Trend Catcher, or Trend Tracer).
3.In that overlay’s settings choose the Higher Timeframe / timeframe option and set it to 1H (or set the overlay period to match 1H).
4.Turn on the option to filter signals by that overlay — now signals on the 5m chart only show when the 1H filter agrees.

I have seen a few users who have reached the limit. Typically it happens when the most expensive model is used, and the AI is used for creating pinescripts, alert scripts etc. I myself have not encountered the limit despite daily use.

When tweaking a strategy the AI cannot help with that. It may want to be helpful but it isn't, really, in those cases. As of now it is not designed to optimize a strategy.

im not a programmer or anything like that im just kinda working it out for myself. i was using my gpt subscription to do little indicators and things but i actualy found the lux one better. (once i had established the ground rules that is) it seemed like it had less pinescript errors and i like how easy you can then change it to a backtest. am i missing the point of it?

Yes. The AI is not meant for creating Pinescript. I mentioned that as one of the possibilities for why someone might go over the limit.

I' feel just like a kid in a candy store. I got up early on my Sunday just to get some work in with ChatGPT learning more about some of your toolkits. So far I'm blown away looking back historically and seeing how much a person can benefit. Im still trying to learn more about general TA but now I really just want to learn the best settings for my style on your toolkits. Its hoing to be so much less cluttered for me. Instead of trying to learn a 100 different indicators and readings I can concentrate on just a few of yours because youve already combined them. Its pretty incredible. I wish I had found this earlier honestly, I've done well this past year but I look back and I see where I could have potential warning signs, exit and entry signs that could have made me much more profit.

Trading takes time and patience and even then sometimes the markets still go against you, its just a game of probability where us retail traders think prices next move will be

you could always try trading in the direction of the 15 minute on the 5 minute chart, there is no right or wrong way to trade though. It's just finding a trading style what suits you by experimenting

As i mentioned the toolkits are only meant to be used as an aid in your technical analysis and it isn't a certain that price will behave the way the toolkit may be suggesting. Thats why its best combining various confluences for better decision making when deciding when to take a trade.

Also the closer to Christmas holidays, the more unpredictable price becomes

Try mixing and matching as well, you could take those oscillator overbought signals blindly... or you could take them only when trend tracer is negative. Looking at that chart it looks like you're trying to predict the top instead of ride the trend. Just because something is overbought doesnt mean its expensive sadly the market isnt a grocery store.

Hi folks - I am new here and to LuxAlgo altogether. I am trying an indicator called Price Action Liquidity Sweeps on the latest Ninjatrader 8 platform. To note, the chart updates on each tick. I see the liquidity sweeps lines only after price has returned to that price level.

I am testing on TradingView and it does function like you described.
The levels and the sweep box will plot once the candle does not close beyond those levels, but only wicks past it.

The video merely demonstrates how these levels are drawn, for a better understanding, it does not depict the actual indicator being drawn

Not sure, but in theory, when you do have your alert confirmed, based on your conditions, this is when the @label will print. At the time your alert is confirmed. Its based on your alert. So if you already have your scripted alert triggering properly, then this is when you create that @label to also print at that same time.

I dont think this is your final short alert condition.

But if you are using steps, and UDP's could not accomdate steps at this time, then yes, maybe your alert with steps could not trigger a label

But if you have a UDP that encompasses your entire conditions, then yes, the label can be created

Because your {short} is a complete UDP for all your short conditions, right?

hey guys, i am trying to figure out how to set {weak_bearish_confluence} in UI settings. I am trying to replicate the script, so i can add TP and SL using UI. I've tried this in other strats with varied success, but unsure what to set for that. I am looking in the Data Window for clues but still unsure.

I will break it down for ya. Just longs. The strat uses OSC and Backtester S&O.

{bullish_confirmation} and {hyperwave_above_50} and {weak_bullish_confluence} is what i'm trying to replicate.

Please note that not all scripting conditions could be replicated with custom alert UI selections, as alert scripting and strategy scripting will provide the most flexibility at this time. But with custom alerts, you can use the confluence zone values as an external source and experiment with them

Yes, these are regular candles, the 3-minute timeframe. Its my first "possible" strategy, before that i had 7 strats which broke fast, hope this one i made correct

It’s very inconvenient to do backtesting in TradingView — when you’re doing deep backtesting, it constantly asks you to exit the strategy creation window, click ‘Update report,’ and then open that window again from beginning. It’s extremely annoying… why did they design it like this. So that is the probable reason why i cant adapt it fully for longterm yet.... Not even talking about how much time it takes

if this wont fly, next strat i do will be on 15m at least

you prolly know but in case you don't - if you have it set to Range From Chart, it will auto update the strat test results. But any other it will not. It drove me crazy and i have found a few workarounds...kind of.

1. Use Range From Chart.
2. Use Range From Chart, and go back in time with Bar Reply. When you do, you'll still be using Range From Chart but looking at an older date range. It will auto refresh doing this!
3. Super techy mode: there's something called MCP which i use with Claude Code, and using TradingView in a browser and not the desktop app, you can inject scripts into TV, which is loaded in a separate instance of Chrome. I just started using this and took some work to get it going, and there's a ton i don't know but i have it working and it's awesome. I used Chrome Inspector to tell ai the exact DOM element(s) needed to click that dang button, and now i can be looking at a 90 day test or whatever and it just instantly refreshes.

this will reverse the position when the next entry condition confirms

yeah, i guess, i used it in PAC tester "exit on only on profit"

but scripting like doesnt care

the problem, script condition doesnt listens if i turn off anything on backtesting panel

and keeps reversing
