As far as the strong/weak highs/lows, in the Community Streams, I often talk about the Premium/Discount Zones, or the Strong/Weak High/Lows, in the Price Action Concepts toolkit:

Premium/Discount Zones
Strong/Weak, High/Lows

Remember, these two anchor levels (H and L, premium and discount) are from the most recent swing points, so the metrics at these levels are from that structure, but of course price can still bust up or down.

But the further it busts up, we know sooner than later, this will come back down.

So these metrics gives us clues on how much further it can go. Its like how long do we want to hang onto the move, or do we really want to jump in now?, at the risk that the move could be over anytime soon. Just something to think about when you are entering or managing a current position.

intresting, i want to compare if i have better profits on 2m or 5 min timeframe but it is difficult to compare if it lookback on bar counts, can i set it look back on date? because 500 bars in 2min is an other profit then 500bars in 5min bars

Yes, you can. Just change the backtest window to 'date' and enter the dates.

The length of historical data for any intraday interval (i.e. chart timeframe) is 5000 bars/candles (for Essential and Plus account holders it is doubled to 10000 bars and for Premium holders it's quadrupled to 20000) + additionally several bars back to the beginning of the week, month or year (depending on the selected chart timeframe).

Yes, you can use multiple timeframes for a few elements in PAC for your alert conditions, using external sources (or Lucid)

But as a caution, it will not be exactly as you would analyze if you were observing two charts

I can certainly speak for myself but I think a lot of beginners try to predict the movement of the price, where as I have noticed it is more beneficial for me if I completely forget where I think the price is going and then just follow where the actual price is going indicators can help show you the general direction of the price. And basically follow that direction until it changes.

Man the dip is real, funny thing is if I had just stuck to my strategy I would be up by a good amount. But In the morning one of my trades got stopped out by a wick that would of been a big win without the wick and I got mad and went on a wild wild west adventure just making terrible decisions. I am learning that before even thinking about making any type of profit that I need to get use to having an extremely strict entry and exit. And that the play is the long run, who cares if one trade gets wicked out and then goes on a run, wait and catch the next wave there will be a next wave, and the idea is those loses that got stopped out doesnt matter in the long run because the big waves that you do catch should dwarf the losses.

I remember some trader saying he had lots of losses but they were small losses tight stop loss but his wins were massive even though he didn't have many wins they were so big they made his losses irrelevant. I'm guessing this is the theory. If you want trading to be like a casino it can be if you want it to be, so if you get tilted easily or get lose and have a few beverages and makes some wild plays some people get the thrill that way. But if you follow a simple profitable strategy and follow it completely, you should come out on top

Orrrrr learn to chart accurately and trade the chart accordingly.
Randomly entering and then entering an equally random stop loss is silliness

Eg 660 SPY is a large gamma zone meaning market makers have to hedge positions and buy there so it's a reasonable price target and also reasonable place around to add stops if you're in puts

662 and 665 are likewise large gamma zones which will require selling around by market makers

It would take a strong move back over 668 to trigger a bullish reallocation with large orders for sells visible between 663.5 and 667.5

Understanding macro charting and market mechanics will give you sensible trade plans
