As I said, I just want to get alerts for the condition that I entered in the panel (scripted alert). Yes, I sent you an example for SPX on the 5 min and NVDA on the 1 min but it's the same settings and it doesn't work for either. And again, the scripted condition gets recognized in the blue bar on the chart, the only issue is that I am NOT getting any alerts for that condition. It doesn't help me if I now get alerts for every time a bullish confirmation signal is spat out but without taking into consideration the conditions in my script.

So for NVDA 1 min please let me know if - from your point of view - the correct alerts have been selected from my screenshots above.

As mentioned, if your blue dots are correct, that means, most likley, your settings are incorrect in the TV Alert Panel.

Why is this not correct? First I had it selected on Custom Alert, then you said Any Alert, then I said there is NO Any Alert in this panel to select, only Any alert function call - and I asked you if that was the correct one. So I do believe there is an answer here that I am missing?

Please also read what I am writing. This is very frustrating. It should be an easy process to get an alert for the blue markers on a chart. In the article in the Hangout link it references an old version of TV - there is no "Any Alert" to select in the Alert panel on TV, only Any alert function call, which I have selected, however it's still not workin.

I have provided all screenshots here as well. Are there any other screenshots needed? Happy to submit them.

In general, as an old Bitcoiner, I’ll tell you this I think exchanges were deliberately set up so that we wouldn’t trade altcoins against BTC. You’ll never be able to properly analyze an altcoin against the dollar; it’s much easier to analyze it against BTC.

From 2014 up until 2018, altcoins were traded strictly against BTC, and the charts were always clear. Nowadays, you have to analyze two pairs at once to get a clear picture. So be careful with altcoins in the beginning maybe you should even start with BTC.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have my candles colored via the S&O while also having the PAC on my chart? I want to use the breaker overlay from PAC in conjunction with S&O. When I add the PAC to my chart, it reverts the candle colors to normal or to whichever setting PAC is on. When I turn off the PAC candle colors, it just shows normal candle coloring

Gradient or Regular Candle Coloring - Signals & Overlays

• There have a been a few questions regarding these colors not appearing correctly.
  When you have multiple indicators (not just LuxAlgo) that have gradient coloring in the code, there will be glitches.
  So what you need to do is create a new chart, add SO's then PAC both at default, then change SO's to gradient (or leave it as confirmation simple), do not touch PAC candle coloring.
  Then this should work and show SO's candle coloring with PAC overlay
  Try this to:
  Add PAC default first, dont touch any settings in there.
  Then add SO's, then change to gradient.
  If this works, SAVE the template
  (sometimes we need to change the order a few times until it catches)

basically, it is based on eye-balling market structure, and taking the scalp based on price moving away or to levels. It doesnt need to be correct for anyone to agree, all I need is a good reason for me to go in and then manage the trade.

We all can make a case for long or short for any trade, I just pick one side with a good reason for myself, and then I just do it

Again this is something you would need to experiment on your own. Create a strategy that you feel can you can trade easily. Please remember, the more trading opportunities your strategy produces, the more it may provide confusion. You mentioned you wanted “filters.”
Filtering will produce less opportunities. Hope this helps

Maybe you guys knew about this already but, something interesting that I just noted is that if you draw a horizontal at the elbow of the Smart Trail when it makes a strong move, it becomes a perfecgt S/R line. I plotted the most recent ones in the picture below, if you scroll left, they still hold up. I haven't experimented much but it looks like a good way to create a range to watch. This is on the 4H chart with a #3 length Smart Trail.

Ok im looking at some different charts with multi length. The volume balances match on indices but im looking at hbar usually.

Its a lot more volatile and lower market cap. Seems using swing 3 will detect sharp moves that would otherwise be mitigated on daily?

Thats my thinking but reality is it moves with institutional volumes I should focus on those blocks probably ovethinking the lower timeframes.

I guess my question is for a high volatility instrument is swing length 3 valid to detect blocks on the daily chart. Or is that just showing me the lower timeframes on daily and I should consider it mitigated like the algo at swing 5?I've got this awesome institutional setup on hbar and its unclear if this block at 0.057 with the high volume is just hidden with swing 5.

I am driving a bus 🚌 now and I have a 2 hour break where I go home and cook or eat lunch and then go back to base. I live near my work and can do this.

To drive a truck 🚚 I need special endorsement and pass the CDL road test again since I only am qualified to drive bus 🚌 only at the moment

In the UK its called a HGV licence similar I suppose as there are different types.

The U.S. CDL industry is highly regulated.

It requires 3 years of personal driving experience. So age 21+ is requirement

Then pass all the written tests for bus 🚌 and its different for truck

And then pass the road test, which involves memorizing every details of the bus. Including under the hood and behind the wheel, its a presentation doing pre trip outside the bus 🚌

And safety check inside the bus 🚌

If air brakes. Its a 7 step process you have to demonstrate out loud during the road test and pass it has to be 100% right or fail the road test

The road test for bus is in 3 parts too.

Pre trip, in cab inspection, air brakes test

Then parallel parking the bus 🚌 etc

And finally driving on the road

And have to pass CDL medical exam every two years to keep the CDL on drivers license

They dont want anyone with high blood pressure or taking medication for drowsiness or have sleep apnea too.

And 20/20 vision, no color blind

These strict requirements leave a lot of open job positions to because the required training is not easy to replace

So my custom Yoshimitsu auto strategy was actually profitable

This is the result from September 5 to October 17

I made several variations of this strategy and I forgot what the entry and exit criteria is for this variation of my Yoshi strategy

I thought it wasnt good because a few days it had huge drawdown.

It came close to failing an apex 50k account, but drawdown hasn't breached the 2,500 DD yet

It was close,-2k in drawdown at one point, but climbed itself back to profitability.

I dont really have longer data other than this

And I made 9 variations of this strategy and is forward testing on sim.

It made 9k from sep 5 to October 17

After 6k in losses, it totaled 2,989.50

The hours it was lost was usually in the afternoon from 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 3pm est.

I'm looking at 1,2,3 month periods essentially, that coincides with the period that hedge funds and institutions have to invest before getting outed by filings. EHPH is very interesting now looking at multiple TA aproachs. Oscillator Matrix can be set up on 13, 9, 5 weeks and is corresponding to pivots well. Fairly consistent with Wyckoff. Different time frames worked better before pre-Covid. I don't have backtesting, so I just eyeball, but if I had backtesting I'd miss watching Tulsa King

I use them both. I asked the Lux AI to give me the best settings based on my strategy. I then followed its instructions step by step. I ended with a fair few alerts but the alerts work in confluence (my preferred approach). I tend to hide the price action concepts, however I do use it for alerts. When its fully plotted with the signals and overlaysm its a bit much: first pic. So I just keep the simple signals and overlays. But it means I have accurate entries going with the market. Here is the loaded version followed by the version I activley make decisions from which is powered in the background by price action. I also have the oci making alerts. When all agree I go for it. 1) complicated looking one. 2) simplified.
