I'm reaching out because I have a few questions I’d love to clarify with you.

Currently, I’m working with price action indicators, and overall, I’ve seen significant improvement thanks to your teachings. My approach is based on analyzing the H4 chart and executing my trades on M15.

Here’s my question:
I keep my chart clean, using only two price action indicators:

1. H4 Setup → This indicator is set to display only the Order Blocks on H4.
2. M15 Setup → This one is configured to show M15 Order Blocks and FVGs (Fair Value Gaps) in M15.

On H4, I analyze the market structure, identify the trend, and track where order blocks are being mitigated or where price is heading. Then, on M15, I look for precise entries using the M15 order blocks, always aligning with the overall H4 trend direction.

Am I doing this correctly?
I sometimes doubt whether this is the right approach to execute trades. Also, I’m wondering if my way of setting up the indicators is optimal.
Would you be able to clarify this for me? Or perhaps consider this topic for one of your live sessions so that we can all benefit from understanding the best way to configure these two timeframes?

There is really no best settings for Price Action Concepts, as it will mark various market structure elements on your chart. So depending on your strategy, you would need to enable or disable the elements. Take a look at the resource links I posted for you, for some ideas. May I ask why the one setup (first highlight, top) is a valid pattern, while similar setups (highlighted) are not. I did not have any filtering enabled, Pattern Type=All.

nice idea - but in tester is only sensitivity, signal type and neo cloud filter and if i set this 3 things in SaO, i have 10x times more entrys to trades

the backtester has all the features from the indicator, the only difference is the steps feature, in the BT they all need to happen in the same time, on the indicator it can be step 1,2,3, etc.

That feature was removed awhile back and replaced with the (PAC) screener indicator what is much more customisable. You can actually customise it to look identical to the MTF.

I would continue to monitor this moving forward.
But remember, you will encounter losing trades as well.
All settings and strategies will have wins and losses.

you need to add the MACD indicator on your chart, because you are importing from MACD, same with S&O, you need to add it on your chart (even if it's a 2nd instance of it)

I know both link into TV (Plus). a lot of times when people use the signals they think "oh I got to go short now or long now" but I like to use it as "okay signal is long so let's look at the chart and see where it makes sense to start going long or short based on the signal" that has increased my win rate considerably

Can a script be written to find situations where two consecutive bullish FVGs appear, and then either a BOS or a CHOCH occurs?

I've never tried doing two consecutive bullish FVG then BoS/CHoCH

But the alert script for a FVG then a Bos/CHoCH would be:

{bull_ibos} or {bull_ichoch} or {bull_ichoch+}```

- there are lots of ways you can use imbalances (FVGs) such as within/entered/mitigated/exit

I am using mainly Signal and price action with some supporting indicators

This means that the original strategy concept needs some help.
I would first come up with a strategy, not a BT strategy, but a regular manual strategy that you like and pretty effective, test it out in real time in demo, Then once you are confident that this is a great manual strategy, then input that strat into the BT and start to optimize it #🔥ai-resources

I would not go into a BT blindly and start to create a strategy from scratch in the BT.

This will cause mind games with you.

Question on the Trending Market Toolkit indicator that was just released. There is sometimes a decent delay after the trend has broken like several minutes missing the entry point and most of the move. How do I make it appear on the chart sooner?
