I added all 3 LuxAlgo indicators in my Trading View with default settings.

I see it helps mostly with position trading, is that correct or can it also helps for the swing and day trading? if so, can you please provide the configurations/settings for Swing and Day trading?

Another question:
Is there a way to scan for the stocks that are just above the support(supply/resistance zones from the LuxAlgo indicators) on daily/weekly timeframe charts from all S&P 500 to start investing?

This is not the real screener, this is expecting me to enter some tickers and it is about 10 tickers or so.

I need to search for all the stocks from all S&P 500 and/or Nasdaq 100 that are meeting my criteria for analysis.

I can't add 10 tickers at a time from 600 stocks in 60 batches to do the analysis on daily basis.

For a complete market wide screener, unfortunately this is not possible.

For our Screeners, you can add as many screeners to you chart layout, and place them in different locations.

ah okay, I understand. We invest based on the whole market, need a place to scan from watchlist at least. It's very very hard to do manual jobs in these days.

Understood, but very challenging and near impossible to have an indicator, screen the entire symbol library in TradingView.
This would require an indicator vendor to have access to TradingViews proprietary UI platform, which is not realistic

In my opinion.

I understand your technical difficulty, but, I an suggest to have that kind of scanner on your website where users play around to get their stock list. That stock list can be exported to tradingview or another chart platforms for the analysis and/or trading.

Please think on that.

For me, it's no use at this time. I'll explore for another week to share my feedback to help you from a different prospective.

in the strategy of with the neo cloud from Micky . is it imprtant that the overall trend has to be uptrend in order to take a buy position? example if the 4 hour candles are bullish but on lower timeframe on 15min and 5 min we are bearish can we still take sell position according to the lower timeframes? or is it more wise to wait until we get a buy condition.

You can take a trade on a lower timeframe in the direction of the higher timeframe bias. So if the 4H timeframe is bullish with bullish neo cloud, you could wait for price to go bullish on the 15m for entry (just an example) - depends what your trading style is and what confluences you like to enter a trade.

Thanks! The question I was wondering was about entry using the neocloud. I understand you enter on change of color of both neo clouds but the the candles are purple because they are still unsure the direction. Here is an example. How do you evaluate it when the candles are purple?

I was looking at aptos... so is this thinking correct? on the daily starting to trend down, candles are going down and the wicks are also trending down. Flipping to the 4H , the two neo clouds have flipped red with now purple candles. S&O Have auto pilot midterm time frame showing a down red arrow and then the Signal classifier also shows 2 (is the higher the number the strong it feels about it?) I thought I had the entry figured out but looking at it now, the fib didn't make sense. How do you find the entry point? I understand the 0/1 of the fib is your stoploss/exit points.

The key for the premium/discount concept, is to look for an entry short, when price pulls back into a premium zone.
So each of us will have different set-ups to look for a short trade within a premium zone, it could be a key level or imbalance that could act as a resistance level for price to reject and head lower. I also use fib levels to validate a few Price Action Concept key levels for my entry.

For longs, vice versa.

✅ The best way to get started, in my opinion:

• Use the backtesting systems on "your" own strategy first.
  This was and "still" is the intention of these backtesting systems.
  Once you have successfully migrated your strategy chart settings, into the backtester, you can then concentrate on optimizing a few of the performance data areas.
  Then you can slowly add or remove features, settings, or confluences to improve in these data areas.
  Once you have achieved the performance results that you are happy with, then you have accomplished what the backtester was intended for.

• Then from here, the sky's the limit on how you can further use these Backtesters to create new strategies for "yourself," and possibly "automate" this on "your own..."

Yes this is possible with TV alerts/webhooks, unfortunately, these are processed through 3rd party services, and since this falls outside the range of support offered by LuxAlgo, LuxAlgo and myself are unfamiliar with these services that integrate these webhooks for trade execution into your brokerage of choice....But you are welcome to ask around in the other channels to see if other members can guide you on this...

Then you are just wanting to create a strategy for your manual trading.
This is what trading is about, all of us are backtesting, experimenting to create our own strategies, based on our own trading style. Someone else's strategy, most likely will not work for you, as they have a different style and risk tolerance than you. But these other strategies do provide ideas for you to create something for yourself.

im analyzing the charts in tradingview and need to execute it in MetaTrader 5 . since the stop loss in pip isnt always the same what is the best way to pre determine what lot size to enter before its too late? i really need help in this.

its the 15 seconds charts thats why i have to hurry

Can you please clarify when you mentioned "isnt always the same"?
Is it due to slippage since you are on a 15s chart?

1 contract is 1 unit for forex

As far as SL or TP, this is something you would need to experiment on your own to find the best set-up that works for you.

Please do note, 15s may and most likely, experience numerous of slippage executions.
This is made worse with the forex brokers spreads being factored in the executions.

according to the strategy i use the last swing low as my stop loss and this slightly changes everytime

one is 10.3 pips and the other one 7.6 pips

Unfortunately, swings highs and lows are never the same distance for each.
They will vary depending on market structure.

You could have all the lot sizes worked out on paper for say 4-12 pips then once a trade appears, once you quickly find out the swing high/low - IE: 7 pips, you know the lot size to enter and dont have to spend additional time working the lot size out again before entering

• i used to do that when i was scalping but always wanted to risk 1% as per my sl in pips

Hard to do on second timeframes though as its obviously very fast price action and could miss entry working it all out

the second charts can be addictive HA but i tend to not go lower than 1m now for my own sanity and bank balance 😅 mainly stick to 5m now, its a happy medium i think

1min to 5min is also very good but the 1min to 15 seconds just happens very fast and frequently . every time i see a good trade on the seconds charts i almost cry why i dont do it

second charts for me always makes me overtrade, i used to always use the 1m few years ago and now its mainly 5m, can be tempting to go back to 1m when i feel like ive sat on my hands too long and get impatient but thats not ideal. Tend to chase the trade instead of letting the trade come to me the lower the timeframe i go

now there is no time limits to pass first or second phase, just take your time. There is no rush to pass. There will always be more trades, if you managed to pass stage one, im sure you can slowly but surely pass stage two too. If i was you id reduce my risk from say 1% per trade to 0.5% per trade basically doubling the amount of trades you can take before breaching max DD rule. Allowing you more trades to slowly build your account back upto break even then go back to your usual risk. (thats how id do it personally in your position)

Hey there, you just have to wait for the 25th along with the rest of us. It will be announced on the website as well as LuxAlgo's socials 🙂

we have tapped the sideline, and seemingly A top here on btc. we might and might not wick to 100k, before start a range here for dominance to capitulate.
There are not that much liquidations on the upside either. so, unless those are built above 100k, there's no point in going up more.

Repeating myself again, YOU need to understand 100k is not just a number, it is a historical figure, just like when btc tapped 10k for the first time, 50k for the first time, 100k is going to cause a lot of news articles and blog posts.. matter of fact, people might be writing those articles right now to be prapared for when the time comes, they just need to press publish button to be the first to publish an article on BTC hitting 100k.

Majority of us don't really care where btc goes as we have invested more in alts rather than in btc, NOT saying btc doesnt have any juice left to go up anymore, but I think it is time for btc to consolidate a little. distribute some money into alts and then push another leg high..

Whatever happens next, make sure you have the high timeframe picture clear, till when to hold, till when to start rotating, and specially, WHEN to exit.

I was playing around with the back testing and it looks like I have to add (for example) neo cloud 3 times each with different settings. When you click on each one the data changes. Is it not possible to incorporate all indicators that you have on the chart?
