You will hear different opinions and different strategies.
You think you are confused and don't know what to believe or who to believe.

🤔 Just step back and hear what the common theme to all of what you are reading.
Which is, study, learn, and controlling emotions.
Without this, doesn’t matter what strategy you use, you will blow your account over and over and over
again.

• So how can you reset your mind, after all your blown accounts and losses?
  Just take 5pips TP on forex, or (maybe 4-8 ticks futures/crypto etc)
  YES, 5 pips, tiny small take profits - Hear me out 🤷🏻‍♂️
  What’s the purpose of 5 pips a day or 5 pips per trade, small micro targets?
  You study and analyze.

• So when you target bigger profits and get stopped out over and over again, what does that do?
  You get shattered and disappointed and want to give up because all this is BS and a scam, right?
  All your hard work in studying charts and your account is blown.
  You feel depressed.

• So the purpose of 5 pips? It’s easier to predict and win at 5 pips, vs 20-50 pips.
  It’s a self esteem booster.
  Confidence booster.
  It will solidify all your education and chart studies.

• You feel better that you control your financial success.
  Then once you start to do this on a consistent basis, increase lot size, OR target larger TP pips. Start to optimize a complete strategy with better risk to reward.

• How many of you have lost trades after trades?
  When you have lost, what was your target pip size? Please think about this, and be honest.
  Lets start fresh and just grab that quick small take profit a few times.

• This will make you feel better.
  Then go for the larger TP's when you are ready.

• This not the only answer, but just another way to get you back on the horse and survive.

Start with a simple clean chart with Signals & Overlays, just like I suggested in the live streams...

The timeframes I may use and best for me, may not be best for you, as we all have different trading styles.
But for me, I Love the 4H and 1H timeframe for swing trading, and scalping with PAC

No you don't need TradingView premium, but having premium allows you to utilise the 'deep backtest' feature of the strategy tester allowing you to backtest further than your TradingView subscription allows. However, if you don't have premium - you can still backtest the amount of bars per your subscription which most members do.

Indicators are not able to predict the future with 100% accuracy.
We just need to develop our own trading style that provides us the best probability.
This is a game of probabilities.
The premium toolkits makes it a little easier for most of us.

You could backtest say entries on every CHoCH maybe in combination of being in say a premium/discount zone.
(IE: premium zone and a bearish CHoCH for shorts and vice versa for longs)

Just an idea, you'd need to fully backtest and find a strategy what works for you though before going on a LIVE account trading.

The thing is, I just dabbled into PAC, very new to it, but I think if there are any advanced strategies that could indicate even more accurately.

That would really be something, since I have seen a lot of good things about it.

For trend catcher/tracer switches, you would need to do the following steps:
1 - Add S&O to your chart, remove everything except trend catcher/tracer (whichever you are using)
2 - Add the free indicator Momentum to your chart, set Length = 1, set Source = Signals and Overlays Trend Catcher (or Tracer)
3 - For the condition trend catcher switching bullish, use Mom crossing over 0 in your condition, for switching bearish, crossing under 0

Please use 'once per bar close' as using once per bar may result in receiving alerts for signals what haven't been confirmed and disappear once candle closes as it was not confirmed. Using 'once per bar close' eliminates this as the signals confirmed at candle close stay on the chart thus giving you the correct alerts 🙂

On NQ1! on the 5 min tf I asked the custom alert creator to highlight all bearish divergences (screenshot).

It marked one but there is no line on the matrix chart or the price chart (image 2).
