For me, the higher the Squeeze value, the more I get ready for a possible pending move.
The higher the Squeeze level, is when I will watch for a set-up, its a way to filter out the set-ups for me.

I'm not to sure about spread betting, i know its not taxable in the UK but i've always had prop firms/personal CFD accounts instead and pay tax on my withdrawals.

But in regards to paying tax with trading, I wouldn't worry about it too much when you first get started. It's only when your earning a significant amount and i became a full time trader that i then started paying tax on my income. For the first few years I didn't pay tax on my trading earnings as it was inconsistent and not significant. Also the amount taxable is only taxable once withdrawn.

In Norway they would start looking into where the money come from fast if you transfer more than 500$ at the time.. and then they tax us hard. Depending on how much you make it is better to keep it on a crypto card to spend there.

This does happen on any charting platform during these low volume periods where the auction orders are all scrambled up. This is a broker data liquidity pool situation, that brokers would need to help explain this to you. Hope this helps a bit. For me, this is to be expected, 100% of the time, during this low volume period every 24hrs

@old crow for an upward trend... Something really powerful going on with an oscilator (big dot) below the 20 as a first rule. A 2nd potential rule after that is a LL into a HL scenario, or close above a red or blue neo cloud, or a signal. Seems the story has enough to put something on with trade management. I haven't fully decoded the best hints after that osc < 20, but starting to see the story play out a lot. (In this case, even on BTC). Additional thoughts?

Indeed, I spent a lot of time turning everything and everything on/off trying to find that perfect scenario. confused myself, turned it all off (Micky style to simpify) turned some stuff on, some off, this combo, that combo.... turned most of it off again. and what shone through was that oscilator < 20 drivign into a HL. And something clicked... a light turned on, that said WTF is this? What sorcery is going on here? Then I started seeing other scenarios where osc < 20, drove into other things, like above the neo, and the stock went somewhere... My brain said ... whoa... I can see. The other part is remember this is a statistical game vs a hard rule min/max type game. Sometimes you can have all the right rules, and the game doesn't play your way anyway. (Which is where the trade management and psychology comes in, but got that sorted out so I could see that late last year) Puzzle pieces are coming together. Today's revelation was BTC, to see if the story sort of worked there, and indeed, it has some interesting prospects. On to more audacious goals (and the cycle repeats) (ps. the graphic is from Ray Dalio's Principles book)

Once they confirm at candle close, the signals are permanent.
They will flicker on and off, before candle close in the event price is close to having the algo trigger the condition

Yes I have! The only question I really have is from that video. At about 2m-43s into the video we get a demand zone that has a lower buyer bar and a higher seller bar. It labels that in the video as sellers being exhasusted. Can you give a could more insights on how to read if one or another side might be exhasusted for both demand and supply order blocks? 🙂

This is just one theory, out of many theories regarding volumetric OB's.
And remember, these theories do not produce 100% directional win rates, based on the buy/sell activity.
It may be used to validate a predetermined direction based on your chart analysis. Hope this makes sense

I just tested the indicators for couple hours and it seems it fits more for BTCUSDT and GOLD but I am getting better results for GOLD. 15 m chart

but seems this "hanging man" was a fail because hanging man is trend over and it still got a signal for short. I guess its still better to know a candlestick pattern.

First day on my new combine, and the stats are super boosted but thought it was cool to look at

That's fantastic! Which trades did you take & time-frame?

Time frame wise I like to use the 1m for entries, 3m for scouting and 5m to see the draw on liquidity (short term) my average trade duration was 1m-40s I took 9 trades total and traded 37 NQ Micro contracts. I'm using the trend catcher with the voloume band. I also use the fixed range volume profile to find a likely area for price to use as support resistance or a potential breakout trade. Most entries on based on order blocks or the bands. targeting another important lair of importance

Biggest amount of draw down taken was -160 although my setup was still valid and stomached it, moved my stop into profit once I got the chance and trailed it till I got knocked out.

Whenever there's a trade I ended up not wanting to be in I'd take the first chance given to get out with profit. My single loss I took was -$1.20, would have been breakeven but price jumped too quick

This is only the first day though my metrics will balance out to a more realistic area after I trade more

That's the great thing about LuxAlgo, it charts these out for me so I can focus on my enter entries. I traded the open and got the short right off the rip for about 25-30 points. when you're useing the 200 DEMA, VWap, and SMA, you can trade these ranges amazing, plus the bands. a beautiful combination. Most of my trades were in here, if you're willing to take the risk and believe you have enough to enter, it can be great, NQ from open loved the zones

very clear data, don't just enter off of these though, try and get a good entry on the 1 minute to minimize drawdown, use them as confluence in a bigger trading plan

That's good stuff! I didn't trade the indices today. I only saw a good short setup on MGC. I skipped power hour so I missed a long setup on MES. There was nothing telling me to short MES or MNQ other than an early morning counter trend play but I felt MGC had the better look.

Yeah, I've had many losing trades on gold. I dont particularly like it either. Especially if I try to play it on a 5 minute chart or less. It can go all over the place. I guess it had a lucky look to it today. I instantaneously prepared myself to get stopped out.
