I got the alerts to work now. But it triggers everytime the candle is the required color. I want the alert to trigger when the candle change colors only. How can I do that?

Can't we set it so that it give signal when the color changes? When setting like this the alert trigger every candle with the selected bar color value. If the color stays green it keeps giving signals (I used 1 min timeframe). I want the alert to trigger once when the candles turn to green and once when green turn to purple and once again when the candle turns to red and so on. Thanks!

try using: candle colour crossing over 0 for purple to green
candle colour crossing under 0 for purple to red

green to purple or to red is candle colour crossing under 1
red to purple is crossing over -1

Unfortunately indicators show OB’s after 3 candles. Due to the fact that an OB is a 2-3 candle event. However, you can spot an OB with your eyes faster with only 2 candles. But for a beginner I would recommend using an indicator. Just have to wait till in appears. Now…. You just wait for a retest of an OB that developed on a higher TF. Example…. Your on 5-30m chart. A 1 hr OB forms. Trade the retest of the 1hr OB.

Remember, these two anchor levels (H and L, premium and discount) are from the most recent swing points, so the metrics at these levels are from that structure, Of course price can still bust up or down. But the further it busts up, we know sooner than later, this will come back down. So these metrics gives us a clue on how much further it can go. Its like how long do we want to hang onto the move, or do we really want to jump in now, at the risk that the move could be over anytime soon

Guys, I need a little help and guidance to refind my mojo! When i first started trading I knew nothing but i still did a 10x on my full account scalping bitcoin longs on 1m TF at 3x leverage with max 10% of my account at risk in each trade. I didn´t know scalping was a thing or even what support and ressistance is! Now I know so much more, and I have a million different indicators and i end up trading in a variety of ways getting no where! I still havent really cracked the code to all the lux algo indicators and I have started to trade futures on a funded account from topstep. And I could really use some help finding back to my sweetspot.

Yes, when you have a liquidity grab candle that is red border, it is saying that the current bull move, just grabbed some liquidity, and needs to go the other way bearish now. This is the concept, but not the rule as it doesn't happen on all these bull/bear grabs. But if you use these in conjunction with keys levels, then you may have something. Meaning if you have a red liquidity grab on a bull run, and this red grab is tagging a major order block level above, then maybe, price could reverse and head lower...

you can have the trend catcher flip, but that is just the flip. and you need tradingview plus for that

as an alternative there is a workaround but that requires indicator-on-indicator(tradingview limits you to 1 for the essential plan)

There are hundreds of thousands of members with all types of feature requests. Each one is reviewed and considered based on the amount of feedback from the community as a whole. Also taking into consideration of what can be accomplished with TradingView. If a request cannot be executed with the TradingView platform, then that is a brick wall that neither you or LuxAlgo can overcome. Also, the developers need to be cognizant of the indicators code limit as well, these toolkits are already packed. Sometimes, into order to include a new feature, there must be an existing feature that must be removed, to make room within the code. And in this scenario, the developers need and must be careful with this decision, as this will effect current users that rely on this existing feature. Hope this helps in your understanding on how feature requests are being considered moving forward.

cause in the short you posted he gives an example where the red bar is bigger then the green bar and he says "we can assume the bears are exhausted there" so in this case would that mean the "bulls are exhausted at this level"?

@quartz yew I am only putting how I analyze a chart, this indicator uses orderblocks ,fvg,poi, pdh,pdl ,everything that I use in my day to day in my trading but supposedly I bought this indicator, why did I already paint those areas and with the number plus the trend tracker plus the super oscillator matrix should give me better and not bad results right??

Here's the thing, we dont call out trades or signals. Because these types of services just don't work in the long run. We help you read the charts and it is up to each trader to interpret their own charts, according to their own trading style. @old crow You asked in today's video to ask questions. I'd like to see a chart of 1min and 5min, that's what I usually trade on. It's not as easy there as on the 4h chart. It's a nice chop there sometimes. Up, down, up, down in a short period of time. No indicators help then. There are a lot of losing positions. How to avoid such a market so as not to generate losses.
