Here is a trick, enable bid/ask lines in chart settings for forex, go down to lower TF's and you will SEE how the spread actually affects your entries

I’m trying to get better with being patient and waiting on better entires I tend to get into draw down a lot even though the trade hits TP… I’m trying to learn to really sit on it and not enter to early and I think waiting for OB will help tremendously…

Yeah, thats the toughest part...
On our charts, we can clearly see our set-ups working.
But in real time, we need to learn to trust the set-ups and hold during these pullbacks.
We need a tough stomach for this.

I have a tendency to try to catch counter trend trades too and honestly I win sometimes but most of my loses are from that I usually trade naked with just strictly supply and demand but I’m trying out the signals and OB indicators along with the oscillator and just sticking to the trend on my 15 min cause I’m a scalper… so I’m following the trend of the neo cloud, trend catcher and trying to wait for an order block to form to catch an entry… just trying to become a better trader by eliminating eagerness…
