You are overwhelmed.
My advice, is to not overload your charts with everything.
Start with a clean chart, something with Signals & Overlays.
As an example, use one or two features, and JUST learn that for now.
You could use NeoCloud and Candle Coloring.
Then learn and test out on slow moving asset symbols.
Get a feel for it.
Then slowly add a few more indicator features (if you need them) for confluence.

if you're at the beginning I suggest you trade on higher timeframes until you get confident with your strat. once you are setup with higher TF's, you can drop to lower ones. trading on 5 mins is not easy. don't trade the news, more than 90% traders fail when they trade news (i got fried with news multiple times)

Depends on your style, some find swing very hard, but others find swing very easy. Depends on you, your nerves, your account size to go through the draw downs, etc etc Both styles are great, you just have to find your style…don’t let outside noise influence you…everyone has opinions, but what’s matters the most is yours…

this depends on your risk appetite, how much can your stomach digest. if you're playing small you can hold a trade during the news. if you're scared of the news, don't touch the markets at least 30 mins before/after them
