And guess where this 2 losses comes from. Going long close to Premium Zone and Shord near Discount Zone. I was listening your live chart. lol great question....so im not exactly sure about those things...all i understand is the way the price moves among the different assets. stocks indicies forex all moves the same in regard to supply and demand principals

Thoughts on gold is overall bearish as we keep making lower lows all week...HTFs all confirm this...makes this a bit risky...but if we can flip todays NDOG to support i think we grab some liquidity possibly all the way above sundays open...i took an entry long already but we may see more of a downside to grab liquidity from last fridays NFC spike

for the 1/10 of full contract size, your profit take will correspond as well. Margins are different etc. Micros give the opportunity for a larger trading audience to get into futures. But please research the learning-education sections that most any futures brokers provide.

Also there are specific symbols for micros vs full size

TradeStation is a popular futures broker that is integrated into TV (I live in USA), but I hear some countries may not be allowed to trade futures,

yes. for what i understand but i don t want be wrong with mini futures you can go long or short on everything you want index, stocks, oil, gold...whatever. So if for example i wanna go long on stock X i can either buy a stock or buy futures for example with difference that buying the stock i pay the stock price and i can fix stop loss where i want. Buyin the Long Mini Future i pay a fraction of the stock price with a leverage and a stop loss already pre made. So if the stock X price is 10$ i can buy for 1$ having a leverage x 10 and a stop loss 9,5$ already fixed. If that is correct i suppose i can trade futures like i would trade the stock X.... using the chart of stock X with a Stop Loss i get from the future. For Example the Mini Future MFL APPLE VT95 (just as example) chart cannot be found on treding view.

And at the end have a few minutes where users could ask questions about the indicators, eg: how to set alerts, how to look at order blocks etc. This way the users would be ready to apply their knowledge from Monday morning

That way the users have something new to tune in every week

two ways to look at it...first as a scalper...soon as that 00:00 (8pmNY) is broken you can enter long or short sl at the opposite end of the candle. (golden box) take 10-20 pips or at the previous high/low

intraday trading you get a general sense of direction for the rest of the day

ive only every used it with gold

and the breakout always happens during the asia session...so its something most people can catch off work or whatever

i need pro+ to back test it further

but if you waiting for a breakout and looked for another confirmation of entry (ie retest ob fvg) you would have a better chance of avoiding the false breakouts

but nothings perfect we are just looking for an edge...and at a simple 1:1 ratio anything over 60% is a decent strategy for me

im actually looking at it against other pairs that i have available to me to trade and i dont see the same pattern with them, just gold

For scalping - ROUNDNUMBERS - mathematical turning points - 02, 06, 18, 30, 36, 44, 56, 63, 73, 86. Any market, any timeframe, any symbol GLOBALLY. You could add 0 and 50 as well but not as a rule. 🙂 They have been called many names (support, resistance, supply, demand, reversal points, pivot points, order blocks etc, etc, etc) but ACTUALLY they are just very solid well-know mathematical numbers. Got to remember them by heart if you want to become a successful trader. This is actually all you NEED for that! Just an ADVICE ! 🙂 🙂 🙂

People draw lines, patterns, triangles, candlestick patterns and etc. on the chart, it`s all useless (not useless, just there is no need for it), trading is more mathematical than you think, just remember these numbers and exit and enter your trades when these numbers come up, you will be a succesful trader! 🙂 🙂 🙂 IT has taken 100 years (or more) for these numbers to become PERMANENT levels.

Find out what type of charts you visually like. Is it Signals and Overlays? Or Price Action Concepts? Once you know this answer, this will filter out all the strategies into a smaller group. Now can take each strategy to see if it resonates with you. You don’t have to follow a strategy exactly, change it, add to it, delete from it. Try to make it your own, once you do, you will believe in it.

I think you want catcher and buy signal to always alert when smart trail is always bullish? i would use up. Test this on a really lower TF so you get the alerts fast and you dont have to wait around

Yeah, I believe the FVG's are mitigated at a high percentage, I forget where I read this, I believe its like over 80% of the FVG's on your chart has and will be mitigated at one point. But if you think about it, if there is not time constraint, then yeah, at one point in time, price will reach that price level where a past FVG resides

I cannot tell if this has been answered, but in my opinion, this cannot be done from the current settings of Signals and Overlays. The Lux team would need to update S&O to match PAC with more external sources.

No, that is not what I am saying. Those variables are there because those are external sources from the indicators in your chart. What I am saying is that what you want to achieve, confirmation long + in discount, cannot be done with the alert settings in S&O. It CAN be done, but only if you know how to code in Pinescript, and modify the free Lux SMC script so that you can add a condition to detect if price is currently in discount.

I've created 48 alerts for 24 charts yesterday, saw this morning that couple of times it met the conditions but didn't fire

Statistics that I'm getting from these conditions without the last setting (long from discount to equib, and short from premium to equib) are the following

Max. profit 5,1%

Those are stats without the PAC: DT, PB, EB, ET

Oh I see. You would have to do some more testing to determine when your strategy works, meaning you would need more data to determine probabilities.

I've created 2 groups in the last 12 hours between 24 signals, half of them with the following addition
A.
Long = PAC: DT==1
Short = PAC: PB==1

B.
Long = PAC: EB==1
Short = PAC: ET==1

By adding this, I believe the average good signals are going to increase to ~80%

Till now, none of those 24x2 alerts fire

What's the logic in this? The PAC values you have indicated are Price values. Having them equal to 1 makes no sense to me.

Welcome again. Like @radiant ermine mentioned, play around with the settings. Price Action Concepts has alot of features to help us visualize many SMC and ICT concepts. You can enable the features accordingly. For me, I love a basic OB template on my 4H and somewhat detailed template on my 15m template with an overlay of the 4H OB’s. In my opinion, from where you are starting, just view SMC and ICT as the same. Dont get caught up in the details for now. What you need to do is learn "market structure" in general. Good question, For me, I like to scan a handful of symbols every day, so auto pilot short/mid works for me and I tend to stick with that for the most part

If you dont like higher TF's, then if you one chart is overall good for you, then stay strong, go with the odds, you will incur losses but hopefully your wins will overcome them in the long run.

Nasdaq stopped exactly at 53(73) roundnumber, overall direction is UP, so now you wait a pullback to 56, 44, 36, 18 roundnumbers...on each level you can do a quick 5-6 pips scalp up. I dont want to teach people gamble their money away but this is how it ACTUALLY works, I have been winning like this last 11 years. Talking just from experience, but it needs training, courage and knowing these simple numbers!!! Just an ADVICE, you can ignore it or take a note! :-) works in miniature levels and major levels, every asset in the world...Its EXACTLY same in stocks, commodities, forex - Exactly, exactly, exactly - down to 1 pip... 🙂
