Yes, I do scalping, and I won't recommend you to trade in 30s timeframe unless you are really disciplined with good risk management. Concept is same and will apply to higher time frame. I know few people reached out to me about my strategy, and help with my chart settings. This is for @everyone If you are a newbie, please start with higher timeframe to trade like Weekly, daily, 4h Charts which will have less noise compare to shorter time frame. Once you gain confidence at higher time frame, switch to lower time frame like 1h, 30m, 15m, 5m, 3m, and see how price action happens at these shorter time frame, and compare with higher time frame, this will help you and provide you an edge to your trade. Hope this helps

I have Fair Value Gap and not Activity Asymmetry. I don't have auto-threshold on the FVG. And I still don't get imbalance signs in the right place. Go to EURUSD. 2 minutes timeframe. You can see the chart I have here. Try to see if Price Action Concept sign this imbalance.

Why would this be considered a strong high, it’s had recount bos which should bring the strong low up to 1.0850 area and the weak low strong high should be swapped round to match, watching the back testing run on trading veiw it seems they are opposite of what they are meant to be for a little and then swap to be in g correct and so forth

I found this RRB indicator useful to plot levels on your chart (like DarkPools, SupportResistance, etc). If you have more than 9 levels, you can add another RRB indicator. Turn off Auto on your chart. It's located at the bottom right of your screen. It makes everything on your chart fit on the screen which is tricky if you have a lot of order blocks or other indicators on it.

I figured out the problem with the Pattern Detection label in PAC 1.2.4

If you use it WITH the MTF dashboard, it displays the pattern type.
If you use it WITHOUT the dashboard, it's broken.

I don't use the dashboard, and was really confused on the radio silence on this issue. I guess most people are using the dashboard?

We can look into adjusting autopilot to account for this, be aware however when using fixed settings, less false signals are returned as opposed to using autopilot.
We even pride ourselves in the fact there are way less false signals compared to v5 🙂

On your V6 chart, you take the signals in the direction of the Tracer and Catcher, you do not take the signals that goes against the trend (tracer/catcher). This gives you re-entry triggers. If you only want one single at the start of the trend, how will you re-enter on the trend move if you opened your chart too late? will you stay up 24/7 to catch all these trend start signals? just an idea and a thought. You have to filter out the signals that goes against the trend.

If you turn on filtering Trend Tracer then you will not get those counter trend moves, then it should look like the chart that you want, try it

Test out other candle forms, like renko, range etc, Test a non-time bar, as these bars are formed based on size of bars, and not on time. With time bars like minute or hour, a bar can be a million point move, but any indicator will not form until that time bar closes, there for once that huge time bar closes, a potential new indicator plot or signal will be MUCH delayed. But if you use a non-time-bar, like range, renko, etc, you will see multiple equal size bars that will provide you a smoother visual with indicators and signals. BUT caution, using these non time bars, you must completely re-learn your R/R with these types of set-ups

Just an idea, and its pretty neat and re-freshing to see a non time based candle bar chart. Gives you ideas

It's a tough game, we can fit our charts and indicators to what has already occurred on our charts, but moving forward, you may or may not miss other entry triggers. Losses come with every strategy, I think the key is trade management...

normally if you get price taking out a swing low not strongly that means its inducement and the BB that is formed is an inducement for price to continue higher and to long

dont utilize these yet, enjoy the strength of just the liquidity -> MSS - > Displacement that forms FVG - Enter here

The way I use those, is when price is near top or bottom of a move. Exhaustion areas. So when I see green like the one you have an arrow at, I would view that as price reached an area of oversold and maybe about to change direction, and vice versa for the red area with your arrow.

This may help a little, I know its confusing, as price does what it wants to do moving forward and not what we think it should do based on past action.But the take away to this is the significance of each OB, taking into consideration of the volume that was used to create the OB

".....The percentage to the right indicates how much the volume of an order block account for the total accumulated volume of all order blocks displayed on the chart of the same category (internal/swing), this allows to quickly determine which order blocks can be more inreresting to look for....." My confusion comes when it clearly shows a bounce but the bar has more bearish activity. There's my confusion. If there's more bearish activity, why would it bounce from it and vice versa. Which I find a lot.

What you can do is turn off the internal green/red, and turn on the OB metrics. Then use the breaker block ICT method to take your entries at significant OB's. Take a look at the Breaker Blocks ICT by LuxAlgo, the indi TV write up and the Luv short videos on OB's

Remember, OB's are formed after a few bars, after the bounce. These become significant when price is near a higher TF OB or coming back to the current TF OB......

So when price breaks above the high (premium level), it creates a new high of the current structure, and vice versa

Think of this range like your fib levels, marking the high/low of the structure, and the equilibrium is actually the 50% fib level

So basically don't use the high low or visa versa to enter a trade? My stop-loss was the issue here but I was depending on the strong low as my best entry. I obviously need a larger stop-loss for my next trade. The strong low did repaint and drop lower but in time I will learn this.

From what I recall, when the VIX is at 20 or lower, then the market generally moves towards risk on currencies such as AUD, etc, meaning these currencies tend to get more bullish. When the VIX is at 40 or higher, then the market favors risk off or safe haven currencies such as USD.
