The system uses confirmation signals 🙂 If it's using counter trade mode the buy becomes a sell and the sell becomes a buy.
You cannot currently use AP with it.

The input boxes allow you to filter these signals e.g. filter buys where it only takes buy if trend tracer green

In Lux the candle coloring is actually the signal, the arrow it's not required... When the candles turn to the brightest green it's a strong buy signal and viceversa 👌

I was able to bought the stocks 27 and sold at 35. Take note that stock market is a one dimensional trading, you buy and sell and not sell and sell. Thanks LuxAlgo, really helps me in so many ways.

I get that thing zeroed in with the RSI and trend tracker but I cannot for the life of me get more than 20 trades and keep that average up lol. So play it more like money ball? Base hits and doubles over a larger data set correct? I probably am using it wrong, I watched the vid, did what reading was available. What I was doing was overlaying things that have worked for me in the past with a pretty good certainty and then throwing them in the backtest and starting tweaking to get the win run-ups more trades. Like 2-3 trades a month but super high returns.... I want the last 4hrs back

I just want to express how angry and disappointed I am that you have excluded everyone except the lifetime membership people from the new Premium Back Testing product.

When I saw the new product on YouTube I immediately re-joined as I thought (and still do think) it would be hugely beneficial to me. At no stage in the sign-up did it say I would not have access to all of the premium products, my money was happily taken, and ofc the product was not released to me.

Penalising people who cannot afford the cost of a lifetime membership really sucks, you already charge the monthly subscribers a premium over the lifetime, and now you are limiting access to new products to lifetime subscribers only. The irony being that the monthly subscribers actually contribute (pay) much more to Lux Algo in the longer term, but receive less.

As with so many things in life, the rich continue to get richer.

When I questioned this via email, the response I got was

"Unfortunately this feature is exclusive to our lifetime membership. This is the way we set up the system"

It might as well have said 'tough, get over it'

It is impossible simply for us to add everyone to this script due to TradingView rate limits. This is something you can confirm with TradingView.

We requested raised limits but it's simply not possible.

So we developed this and then had to decide "who do we give this to"

And I'm sure most people will agree; the ones that should logically get access would be those who have lifetime

This is something 100% out of our control. You'll see when you sign up for the strategy we give access from other LuxAlgo accounts

E.g Luxalerts222 you can see here giving access

This is because we had to even make 4 TradingView accounts just to give lifetimes access

For VIPs it would require many many many accounts and that would get us IP blocked

Support aren't clued in with the reasoning behind this so I apologise but hopefully this clarified

OK. I have a Query. Imagine that the premium backtesting indicator today set the agility and sensitivity parameters to 10 for a 70% win rate. For the same win rate, does the backtesting indicator adjust the sensitivity and agility settings the following day, or does it remain at "10"?. Thanks

one of the things that is easy to forget is that the tools are hosted on Tradingview, and you cant go around taking them for fools developing and selling vanilla indicators, they know what we are about and thats why we are growing on their platform, top 1 dev account in fact, but ultimately we have tons of free scripts for peoples that wanna asses our skill 🙂

a strong signal is generated only after a 7% move? (4 hr time frame). Based on the settings in optibot.

would be much smarter than just using the signal

Please do note optibot looks at a window of 500 candles, judging individual moves is not the goal 🙂 Of course you can adjust settings to obtain signals to your liking, or use contrarian signals if you need something different, if you need a trend following but reactive tool then I recommend the trend catcher 🙂
