See it’s hard work, no easy money in trading. I left college freshman year and had to get a job so my buddy’s dad was a broker and got me a runner job at CBOT. I quickly knew I needed to be a clerk working for a broker directly to learn. I clerked for two of the largest futures traders there for two years. As I was approaching my 21st birthday my mom@said if I passed the tests she would give me the 25K I needed to trade on the floor. I barely passed and I mean barely!!! I leased a seat at 5K a month and stepped into the 30-year bond pit on my birthday. That was 25 years ago!!! In the first year I took many lumps, made every mistake, learned and was successful. I bought a full seat and forced my way to the top step where the big money was traded. Open outcry trading was awesome but now we adapt and these markets whether it be futures, forex, stocks can change your life but they need to be given the respect they deserve otherwise they will take it away quicker than you made it. I trade visually, and learn off patterns best. An example: for the longest time and i mean longest time i assumed ema meant estimated moving average and not exponential but in reality i didnt care much, i see the cross up and the price moves up, cross down, price moves down. It's custom trade bot I coded off different parameters and then syntax codes for the exchange entry operation and limit orders and stop orders bla bla bla. So yes its profitable. I've never found a trade bot online or Google that was ever profitable there all bs "breakout" signals that get ya rekt. I suggest learning to write syntaxes code and get lux dialed in and you'll never lose in the over all grand scheme of trading. I wish you the best my friend. Trade on and lux on

Hi there! If you don't mind me asking: Did you code your strategy with PineScript on TradingView and then use webhooks to send commands to your trading bot? Is the bot custom made or do you use any of the existing platforms like 3commas etc.?

There is no external platform like 3 commas. Everything is based off my parameters. Example.
Price action must be above trend Tracer with a strong buy with the 20 Ema crossing over the 50 Ema. Alert fires. My third party web hook intercepts the alert. Searchs my syntax codes for the corresponding alert. And then fires the orders on the exchange

what are the default settings for sens and agility? When I change them it applies to all coins. And especially agility doesnt change even after autopilot.

For example I set them up manually according to optibot but it may not be optimal for another coin X. How do I make sure I have not a huge distortion

Bruh, that's a trending market condition you posted. Any indicator will work in that environment. Lux Algo is great but nothing is 100%, keep that in mind. There is pain when markets are ranging. 😎

sometimes we get involved in putting indicators on the chart that in the end there is no god who understands it from the photos I see, we have to simplify. In my case I use a timeframe of 30 min, sensitive 12 and trend cachert, below I use macd ( it's going very well) and now I'm trying stochastic with alerts, today I've been notified of two and I'll see if the position is correct, up in lux premium I have it linked to 3 commas and I'm testing an optimal configuration and temporality

negative is a failed test with an incorrect set, green is a correct set

the next one above is another test, I try it with cents, those failures are with stochastic alerts and bad configuration

Now I try a set tuned and linked to 3 commas with lux premium simple sensitive set 12 and in temporality 30 min

the first two commands are an optimized test of stochastic after my error yesterday when I did not understand the set, now I have corrected it and I have put it correctly and the alerts go well

I hope this clears up someone's doubts and you have to be patient and simplify, in this business running is bad, going slowly and understanding little by little will lead to medium-term profits, keep in mind that you fight against the institutions that are the they want your money

and above all, don't go crazy with 20 coins, I only work with one, I study it, I see its patterns, I look for a good set with lux premium

None were more workable than the free stuff I found on TV. Again, it seems that forex is the sweet spot of this paid indicator. I am open to suggestions and have no animosity to this company. I just need workable tech and this doesn't seem to work as well on futures, for some reason that I can't understand.

understand the concepts of trends, retracements, ranges. how to spot them, how and when to trade. high TF to give you the overall ideas, small TF to enter trades. if you don't do that, no indicator in the world will ever help you. hope you start reading and asking the right questions, a lot to learn from the people on this Discord. best of luck, whatever you choose to do next.

Strange issue with Trend Catcher(TC) painting and its alerting. Observed mismatch.

I have set alerts for Trend Catcher Bullish and Trend Catcher Bearish. I was monitoring these alerts from last 10 days or so. I observed that during live price action the TC sends alerts through web/app. But few days later, while rechecking the alert logs I found out that;
CASE 1: There is either difference in the TC alert timings and the timings when TC is being painted bearish or bullish on the chart; on some occasions when I check the old alert logs, I find that the TC had alerted Bearish but in the chart today TC does not show bearish, rather it is bullish. And in some occasions the alert logs reveal that TC was Bullish but when I check today, on the chart the TC is Bearish.
CASE 2: While in some other cases, the TC alerts in the log shows it is Bullish but the TC appears Bullish in the chart after 2-3 hours(Same for Bearish case).
Is this a case of false alert or something to do with repainting. I have observed the following on 1H TF. All the below TC alerts were for 1H TF
Examples;

ADAUSDT - TC Bullish Alert time 0605, 0630 | Actual TC Bullish on Chart 1730
VETUSDT - TC Bullish Alert time 1930 | Actual TC Bullish on Chart 2230
CHZUSDT - TC Bullish Alert time 0730 | Not Bullish on chart now
ONEUSDT - TC Bearish Alert time 0730 | Not Bearish on chart now
QNTUSDT - TC Bullish Alert time 0230 | Not Bullish on chart now

once per bar means during the formation on a candle, the signals can be or not be triggered. once per bar close means you get a definitive answer.. compare it to measuring water during a heavy storm. water is filling your courtyard, but is also going through the drains. if you look while it still rains, you are flooded, but if you look again after one hour, when rain is lighter and all the water went through the drain, your courtyard is no longer flooded.

therefore only after one hour you can say you're not flooded, not during the heavy rain

which makes sense in making the final decision about calling help or not to .... unflood you 😛

yes, the alert you set are always based on the indicator settings/chart timeframe you used when creating it. Unfortunately there isnt a way to create one alert for multiple tickers at the same time 😦
