This really depends on what you consider are the best times to trade, and if theose times match up to your personal availability.
Maybe try to look for asset symbols that have good volume during your availabilty times?

Also, the futures can be traded nearly around the clock, meaning there are traders/users here that do trade ES and NQ right now, heading into London session.

London has some good volume.
To be honest, if you cant trade NY, then what other choices you have?
Its either Asian or London.

My personal choice would be London for sure, if I cant trade NY

If you are doing manual trading and you have open trades on any of them, then keep those open for you to view. Otherwise if you are using alerts, you don't need TV to be open for the alerts to work (unless you use the app for notifications).

IMO, it sounds like you couldn’t catch fish. And now you are trying to catch an Anaconda in Amazon river. (Forgive me for being blunt. For me with my limited experience, 0DTE for SPX comes with the highest level of risk in Option trading. It is not a financial advice.)

I would recommend to start with SPY (which is 1/10 cost of SPX) and build your confidence and find your edge.
Again, not a financial advice.

@obtuse sigil My only reason for trading SPX is for the tax benefit of 60/40 rule.

have you checked Tammy Chambless's MEIC group? i think it is probably one of the few possible ways to profit, purely based on backtesting and automation of trading. But as Micky said option trading is the hardest trade of all. Future and Stocks are so much simpler. Index Future trading gets the same 60/40 tax treatment, if you trade with your own money.

Now lux algo backtester can have multi condition and im working of transfering indicator strategies to backtester

But in my opinion its faster and cheaper to just buy someone's bot than to make your own.

Since I saw some other advanced software costs a couple thousand and you can make nice bots for ninja trader with it

But better to just buy a bot from reputable vendor and use it since they did all the hard work for you

its a problem from tradingview it send to traderspost 2 signals it seams like i had a json from traderspost first and i put it in it works but after a long or shot signal after that in the same moment a other signal comes and its a flat than becuase i work with a entry on exit strategie rn so when i have a long it opens a shot the long get auto closed it seams and the close order is a flat than i mean i let it run now till i cant fix it. i think the 2 signal i can ignore anyways.

here 2 secs after the long signal he gives a close signal for the short but the short is already close than the long signal already closed. i mean it just a 2 call to close the shot i dont mind it and it dont fuck it up in the end to it looks like.
