Agree, but there is a "trail SL" in TradingView and it is broker specific.
There is the ability, but the actual integrated broker would need to enable this on their end.

Example, Oanda has the trail SL enabled for their integrated account on TradingView

I agree, but please note, TV is a charting platform, and not a broker.
I have contacted TV support on this request in the past, and they are aware of the request, but still based on the actual broker to enable this feature. Unlike NT, and their robust ATM trading panel, as NT is also a broker, as far as I am aware from previously using the NT platform many years ago.
