Itโs not super worth it in my opinion. Best time to trade is 9pm est on open if you want to trade outside those hours, unless you can be awake at 02am :). Focus on indexes that move like gc and silver etc maybe some currencies. Honestly, not worth trading in this timeframe. 7-9:30 am est is also good for forex future pairs. In reality the only session for Nq etc is NY

That x does not look like a false breakout in my opinion, it looks like an attempt. You then have a LH so I bet the price went higher after. I generally like either volume or momentum. If you have access to osc matrix you could use those to spot real time volume and turns in momentum. Maybe even the reversal signals
