It’s kind of like math. If 15 is negative trend, and 5 is negative trend = positive results on a short

hmmm good question, in my experience, it doesnt matter what country's indices are traded during that countries timezone, the reality is, even those indices have higher volume during the NY session for the most part. I would say London and NY session are the best bet for higher volume, so maybe scan some indices for the euro region maybe?

Other than that, NY session still rules.

How to understand the news this is why I don’t use it since I don’t know the effect the news would have that’s why I just check the charts

Don't focus on that "news advantage" though. I wasted a lot of my time trying to figure out if there was actually an edge and how I could exploit it.
The algorithms move prize almost instantly. So quick that it's physically impossible for you to get ahead of them.
And if you get the news delivered to you faster than other traders, you will maybe get an advantage of 2-3 ticks at the most. Nothing wrong with trying to get your news as quickly as possible (I do too), but don't pay extra money for that microsecond and don't get too deep into it unless you have the financial liquidity to set up your PC directly at the exchange with your own algorithm.

Not trying to be rude. Trying to save you time. You'll be disappointed at what you find

Even if you end up being right, you might just get stopped out instantly when the bulk of orders pushes the price in both directions instantly

It's the Producer Price Index - kind of a wholesale inflation gauge.
Shows how much the prices charged by manufacturers, factories, etc rise or fall.
(Sold from manufacturer to for example Walmart. The price hikes of the prices Walmart would charge a private customer is the CPI. There can be weird discrepancies between CPI and PPI as seen with eggs).
If PPI's below forecast it means inflation's cooling so stocks pop, dollar is flushed. If above forecast, inflation's heating, so stocks get dumped, dollar hikes.

Never forget though that basically everything's correlated. Since trust in the dollar is down, it won't rise as much if PPI is up

On forexfactory, the forecast is already written down next to the scheduled event. Once the PPI is released, they'll add the actual PPI too.
I'd check against it by doing some simple google search. Not hard to find the charts. Though, checking CPI against PPI is not that important to you as an intraday trader. Just a bit of extra analysis for the lab rats among us

H Ashi candles are not real price action, but an average. So when there is a gap, the H Ashi will fill in that gap

You can research more about H Ashi candles to get a better understanding of this hybrid candlesticks. You are also plotting these H Ashi when the market is closed, when the market is closed, the bid and ask prices are far away from each, due to lack of liquidity and the huge spreads during market close on Friday, this affects the hybrid candles as well.

whatever strategy you use,remember risk management is more important than the strategy.dont risk more than 1% per trade

for a begginer i would say even risk 0.5% or 0.25%
