Long: 19:00 - 15:00
Short: 10:00 - 15:00 (again could make a case to just leave the shorts out of it)

+add an exit condition at 8:45 for long/short.

If going long, i'll enter under it and vice versa. not rocket science but hard to pull off sometimes.
