AI will surely surpass 80% by then, but the other 20% will be untouchable for a long time.
Two bottlenecks:
-We actively interfere with AI's pattern recognition, skewing their perception of information to make it more "morally-acceptable"
-Energy consumption, including the massive amount of energy required to keep AI from detecting ugly patterns and thereby also the implications for our climate.

So just get really good at it and you should be fine for a decade or two 🙂
