Nice man, in my opinion options are good but IV is so high right now I prefer futures as you dont get killed by theta, I tend to focus more on theta strategies with options these days as time decay works in your favour this way but returns are lower, I know a few successful 0DTE scalpers though so it does work, good luck man!

I like to include arithmetical maths. I found 10 questions to be the sweetspot for me. For example:

Solve these in your head without a calculator (You can only write down the final answers)
72² = ?
13³ = ?
69² = ? etc.
