There is no best settings for the toolkits, it requires members to try for themselves as to what works and what doesn't work for their trading style.

The lower the timeframe you go, the more noisy the market is meaning its harder to trade especially for beginners.

Seen as you have the Premium subscription, id utilise both PAC & S&O toolkit. If you are determined to trade on the 5 minute using the S&O signals, try add more confluences to your trades.

Example:

• use a higher timeframe Order Blocks from PAC (IE: 15 minute)
• use the S&O elements along with the signals for added bias.
  (taking a buy signal in confluence with a bullish smart trail/neo cloud/trend tracer) etc
• use ML classifier filtering and have it set to '34' to only show strong signals

This is just one example of how you can build your technical analysis and confluences when deciding whether to take a trade or not, our S&O toolkit was never meant to be used blindly.

You mentioned trading on the 5m timeframe, so you could always trade in the direction of a higher timeframe. So use say the 15m/30m for your directional bias then take trades on the 5m in that direction

1-2 can be seen as a potential reversal
3-4 can be seen as more of a confirmation of a trend continuing
