yes we have all had lots of payouts from Topstep and Apex in particular... I can't speak of the others as I dont use them. You pay to pass an eval to give you the right to have a funded account (which you must follow the rules of their prop firms (spend time understanding what they are) .... and if you are successful you can request payouts

As @surreal dust said - You pay to get access to a challenge on your specified amount (IE: 50k account) then you have to pass certain requirements such as making 3k profit to then be given a XFA express account. Then you are sim trading and receive payouts if you continue to be profitable

I went to the local football club physio and got him to refer me to where the pro's get their knees done... then paid for a private consultation (confirming I needed surgery) and asked them to go via NHS which they agreed.... got GP referral to them as my choice of provider (which you are entitled to do under the NHS - but hardly anyone knows this)

I had a torn meniscus and damaged cartilage from a football injury (5 a side ran full speed in the metal grating surround the pitch.... knee first - so stupid)

also got a back issue due to walking compensation lol
