Random thought that can get us away from politics is I’ve always found scalping the open of the market, like the first 10 min, is one of the most underrated times to trade. Every morning I usually make a 1-2k trade just to make 20% and my stop loss is at 10%. Probably 70 to 80% of the time I hit profit before stop loss.

The only thing about scalping the open is you gotta follow your rules and make it a 50/50 trade in the way you believe the market is headed to start the day. The rest of the day is trend following pretty much.

I am new exploring Signal and Overlay Algo. If you see the screenshot yesterday I got a buy signal on a stock on 15 min chart and it printed SL1/2 and TP1/2 which I understand. Hello friends, I hope everyone is making a lot of money.
I would like to share with you my analysis of the week and the general market and get your opinion.
My view on the market is as follows:

The latest US employment data (ADP) came in stronger than expected—183K, while 150K was anticipated. This signals a strong labor market, but it could be bad news for the market. It raises the expectation that the Fed might delay rate cuts.

The PMI data came in at 52.7, below the forecast of 54.4. However, a PMI above 50 still indicates that service sector employment and economic growth are holding up well. This means there's no imminent recession risk, and with the current high interest rates, there's no reason for the Fed to lower rates anytime soon.

Although there was a slight dip in the market today, there's no cause for concern. The decline is insignificant and didn’t cause much reaction to the ADP data. Once the market opened, there was some selling, but this was related to earnings reports. The fluctuations due to China and tariff concerns seem to have subsided, and now seems like a good entry point. Overall, the trend is still positive.

The US10Y yield continues its sharp decline, having broken through its rising channel and several key upward trends. The fears surrounding Trump’s return to office, which caused this initial surge, seem to be behind us now. The trend for US10Y is now downward. The VIX index, which measures market fear, is below 21, signaling a calm market environment. Levels below 17 are considered good, with 15 being optimal.

Gold (XAU) has also broken its rising channel and is continuing its ascent. There’s no reason to sell at this point, and the upward trend remains intact with a target of at least 3K. Despite the rise, gold still has significant room to run. There’s nothing pointing to a downturn for gold.

Silver (XAG), on the other hand, has broken below its Ichimoku support and is looking much weaker than gold. We expect much higher levels for silver. With 32.5 now acting as support, the next target is 35. Looking at the 2-hour chart, silver is struggling to break past 32.5. If it falls, it may test 32 again, but it could bounce back up. This pattern is indicative of “grinding”—a technical term meaning the price is steadily pushing against resistance, but without significant movement either way. Eventually, it will break through.

The surge in gold is mainly due to the reopening of China’s markets. Prior to China’s reopening, the rise in gold was driven by geopolitical factors. Now, with China’s stock markets back open, gold has gained even more momentum. The trend continues, and we remain bullish on gold, with an even stronger preference for silver.

As for cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin (BTC) is showing a sideways trend, which is not ideal—it’s stuck in a range. Ethereum (ETH) is even weaker and has switched to a sell signal, remaining in that position. XRP should be sold if you hold it, especially if it's below 2.5.

The crypto market is extremely volatile right now, with movements happening on a very short time scale. There is little opportunity for buying and selling unless there’s a major catalyst, like the appointment of an SEC chairman. It’s a challenging environment for traders, with opportunities hard to catch.

Tomorrow, the Non-Farm Payrolls will be released; while this data isn’t always consistent, it has a major impact on the market. An increase of 169K is expected, and the unemployment rate will also be important. Strong employment + high ADP data could create the perception that "No rate cut is needed," which could lead to some selling pressure in the market. We expect a pump from 16:30-17:30, followed by a dump between 18:30-19:00. However, it will not lead to major drops, but rather create buying opportunities.Market Outlook: The market will continue to rise with volatility. If peaks are reached by May, we might plan for selling at that time. NAS has underperformed compared to the S&P, but it has high potential. Trump is attempting to boost liquidity by increasing oil production by 3% and working to reduce US10Y yields. XAU possible support: 2820, XAG is currently grinding at the 32.5 level. I have gotten to that point now, before when I lost small or big it was the end of the world and I'd lose my mind, I took my first substantial loss in awhile Tuesday, I was in puts at one point I was up 5-600 dollar and wanted to get out but thought "I always get out and it keeps going" well the one time I go against my usual rules it reversed and I was down 1300 at one point at end of day but than I got a miracle in after hours and ended up only losing 300. But I understand what you're saying, I used to freak out when I was down and panic sell but I've learned now that most of the time a trade is not going to go in your favor in the beginning and you have to stay calm and weather the storm.

Looks like spy closed with a hanging man on the daily and at trend resistance, but naturally it will probably gap up and break ath 🤣
