Leo a ex partner got his shares diluted because the main owner of Apex brough someone else on so leo left however, leo developed tech that Apex used and had an agreement to continue using the tech even after leo left. Apex was supposed to pay QST (leo and his tech) 33% of profits. So leo has lost out on millions of dollars by apex.
