Hold for: 1-4 days, if profit target hits then add trailing stop

Profit target: when stock price rises about 5% from entry (not sure how much that would be on an option).

Source: i am using luxalgo for technical analysis using the 4h timeframe. When price is in the lower reversal zone (green bands) good place to place to go long. When price is in upper reversal zone (red bands) good place to go short.

What contracts: buy in or at the money calls / puts about 3-4 months out, personally i took april 17th calls / puts.

Stop loss: if option does not start making profit in like 2-3 days max then dump it.

Dca is recommended if option is affordable

Paper trade it and see what you think.

Charts don't have to be really complex to make profit, i prefer simpler looking charts as its easy to focus on whats happening instead of being distracted with too much going on

I think the initial job in SL is what worries people which is understandable

I’ve learned that I really don’t need more then 2-3 contracts to make great money. Like these accounts that have access to 10-15 contracts always get me in trouble because I think i’m cool enough to trade using all of them. That’s way too much leverage for 99% of early traders.
