Potentially. Hard to say just by that chart. It’s an inside OB, which is less likely to hold. You could take it with a tight stop. I look for strong reactions at OB which happens a lot at areas outside the range. I also look at the overall trends for amd, it looks down, so your sort of trading against the trend and could get stuck. That chart has also broken some trend lines before and it’s a pretty bearish chart pattern. Lastly that OB had a lot of buyers last go-around, and as you can see the green bar is larger than the red, I’d like to see the opposite when trying support. Lastly, what is the market structure telling you, it created a LL? Most importantly is a strong reactions at support in my opinion like you saw the first go-around. Just one opinion and there’s also some really solid videos that breaks this down from lux.

There are no best settings, as each trader is different. Different stress levels and different trading style.
What works for me, most liley doesnt work for you.

The screeners can show you multi timeframe elements for particular tickers.
IE:
if your using the S&O screener and trading NQ - you can have it showing neo cloud for 5m/15m/30m etc. Therefore enabling you to check the neo cloud on multiple timeframes
or
if your using the PAC screener - it can show you if price is in a premium/discount zone on multiple timeframes whilst showing you the currrent market structure on various timeframes too
