I closed down the prop firm account. Filled out the form to have my account deleted. I've decided to go in a different direction outside of trading. I just wasn't a happy person, stressed out all the time. Being happy within is one of the most important things.

The way renko blocks works is by price movement by a certain degree set by the trader. Time is irrelevant using renko. You can set each threshold of a block. It could be that a block will be painted by $1 price movement or 0.4.1.5,9,0.03 etc. So you have to identify which price movement per brick/block is ideal for the current volatility.

One that has worked for me the BEST with NQ which i think i may switch to exclusively going forward, is playing a butterfly at the order block about 25 wide wings, and taking profit at %50

My worst performing trade right now (because it has the highest risk) is trying to scalp naked futures

It is sometimes very lucrative but because im doing it at work mistakes can be costly

With the butterfly 0DTE as long as the price is "near" the body by lunch you are normally right about %50 profit already... its a pre-defined risk trade so you don't have to worry about stops, and it's relatively accurate with orderblocks if you feel that one is pretty strong.

This is a one trade per day trade tho, normally not on the 1 minute chart, and you have to have some other confirmation that it will attempt a move at that order block.

So on the one hour chart for example if i see NQ break 19,125 i may put in a butterfly for the order block below

Or you can but/sell a vertical ODTE spread if you rather take it purely directional, also a pre risk defined strategy

But naked futures im done with decided after this week it's my achllies heel i swear

just at the realization now that pre-defined risk helps curb my anxiety driven decisions in betweeen work meetings lol

But experience is the most valuable.
For Lux, just rely on the signal. Enter AFTER the signal is complete and with NQ keep your stop HARD @ 25 pips or points. Practice about 20x in Demo accounts. before taking to real trading.
