I’ve only tested this TF maybe 4x..? So I’m not that familiar. I focus on 15/5m TFs. But 11 for 4HR and 14/16 there’s a little trick to knowing if you’re in the right sens setting or if you’re off.

You MUST see previous signals AND along with their exits.

If on 4HR you see sigs with no exits.
Adjust UP.

So start off with (11) on 4HR .. if you see proper signals along with their exits. You’re set. If not. Adjust up 14/16/18/22
