I was really bummed yesterday. Lost a days profits, didn't control my trading and broke my plan to many times. Today I had a big trade following my plan so I'm feeling a lot better.

Yes, I'm markup on the weekly in daily so. Usually everything is marked up on a higher time frame. And then I just like to box the trade. And so I'll channel the trade and box it in so I use. I love diagonal support. It's one of my favorite trading positions as diagno for yes, I usually channel my trades and then I'll try to box them in and I'll just trade, you know inside those boxes but you can see there that you know on that first picture I sent. I didn't have the lower channel on there. And if I would have cloned it off the top one, then I would have saw that. That's where that thing was headed and I could have placed my trait there

I feel like the lower time. Frames are more like I mean gambling, but if you're good at it, you're good at. I know some people that can trade the lower time frames I. Struggle on the lower time frames. I feel like I'm just, I'm just gambling. I'm guessing I don't have a strategy for it. That's why higher time frames. I could sit back. I watched the trade played out. You know what? I mean, I'd let the trade come to me so. I don't know.
