Either use Dec contract month or ES1! and make sure in your symbol settings to check off "ADJUST FOR CONTRACT CHANGES"

I just realized why longs are so persistent…. Vvix reading is 85.27. Anything under 85 is long all day long anyway so it close enough. 🤦🏻‍♂️. I made the rookie mistake of not checking my resources and wondering what the heck is going on. Well…my question was answered. 🤷🏻‍♂️

0’DTE is 0 days till expiration and has potential to give big returns and in hand big losses. Enough people doing it could destabilize the market in one direction or another. I personally don’t like them. But you have you’re own tastes. If you’re big on risk, then I’d say do it…. I don’t recommend it though. I don’t know what broker is best for 0’DTE’s being I don’t trade them.

Thinkorswim might be a good one. They’re big and powerful for options.

I don’t usually use those settings I manually check. But it’s extrnemly powerful thing. If you get a sweep and price is near another sweep then it may want to sweep that. Helps get those juicy early entries

so i really like structure trading, but as i read and watch more on it ive begun to doubt some of my knowledge.....i am struggling in defining what is swing and what is internal...i think because of the fractal nature of trading they are all both at the same time....so i get confused (mostly on the higher time frames) as to what i should identify as swing and what i should identify as internal.

so in this image i marked in white my identified swing high and swing low and the areas of interest for each....

but then circled in the middle Lux has identified structure change inside of this range as well as more internal swiing highs and lows

The most important part in trading is understand where the price is heading long term by analyzing trends on longer timeframes.

so starting on daily then 4hr 15m and then on down

What you have to do is to look for higher timeframes and see if the price is ranging or trending

In smaller timeframes, just take trades that aren't against the trend, because you know banks are looking to ether buy or sell in the long term

so with no indicators, one could say the white is swing and the yellow is internal......but at the same time someone could also argue that the yellow is your swing if you are looking at the daily and just marking lines of importance if your eventual goal is trading the 1 min.

oh ok, the way that I see is just how long did it take to create the swing, it takes time to master this (not sure that I master it) but you see when the swing was created only by a couple of candles and when it was created by a long period of a move (long / up) and then started to go at the opposite direction for a while

You can get in a trade for 1 minute and exit with $0.01 profit

I'm going over yesterdays' PA, and I noticed that on the 5 Min after price Broke the Equilibrium Zone with a Bearish Engulfing Candle (If you don't know, Double Inside Bars (Blue Bar) and Outside Bars are really powerful) and made a new LL, so I drew my Fibs from the High of the Outside Bar (White Candle) to the LL and I saw a Rejection from the .70 Entry area literally to the Cent, missed the Fact that it also rejected Previous Days Low, it then proceeded to drop into the Discount Zones on the 15 Min and 1 Hr, and the Equilibrium Zone on the 4 Hr, Coincidence? Imma go back test this, specially on Days where Price doesn't Pullback like yesterday. Any thoughts? This is MNQZ

Apex is always running a discount so you should always apply the code for that, should bring it down to a much more reasonable price.
It's a monthly fee until you pass the account then you get a choice to pay a small monthly sub for the passed account or a lifetime fee which is a little more expensive.
