Theres a channel for #1128499789437354106 to check out, should have the settings in there, check out which one you like the best you think would work for you. Make sure to test in Demo first until you get it down.
Theres plenty of prop firms such as Apex, Topstep, Take Profit Trader.
ES is slower than NQ which could be a better product to trade first, NQ is very liquid and moves faster could be harder to learn. Up to you.
