tbh one of the things that I get annoyed by here is, when I share my strat that is working perfectly and I am taking profit almost everytime most people will ignore it even after I am sending the trade

but if I will send the profit people will be like "whats the strat" or something like that

#

I don't like sharing my profits because I can yolo it on 1 trade and be lucky and share it but the $ profit is changing depending on your account size and risk tolerance but the trade itself doesn't change, so if I am sending the trade on the chart it is because I want you to see the trade not the profit

and I don't send the entry because if someone will lose the trade I don't want to be responsible for it, I don't mind explaining the strat and the psychology but I won't give signals

It can definately be traded. But you wouldnt be looking for massive moves. It would mostly be scalps in my opinion since it most often can be range bound within. There is a #1128499789437354106 channel you can gander at and check out those ones first and test them out.

Hey Pride, could you give me some insight around this trade. I can see this is on the 1m NQ. I can see the fib from session high to low. So what candle should you have entered on on your setup? I can see an MSS but after what appears to be your entry (at 1356 NY) and I can't see any FVG's? Cheers

I am playing a different strategy here, it isn't using FVG but using MTF with direction bias

#

so initially I was long bias, but after the price started pushing down and created LH and LL I checked the daily and saw that we hit an OB so I changed my bias based on the lower TF (LH LL so short)

#

so it retested the OB and fell and broke that low

#

so now, any up move is a pull back

#

so this would be my double wave, aka move -> pull back -> end of pull back

#

the best thing about this pullback is, we didn't break the golden zone of the first wave

#

#

so now, we go to the 1m and looking for a OB on that high

#

so the OB is just the last red / green candle before the 1m MSS

#

#

now, this was our initial reaction, since it created another low almost at that "MSS" we should've waited for a new MSS

#

#

but, the OB is almost the same

the RR is insane on this strat

the SL is so strict that I can enter 2 NQ and not be scared of losing

on this trade, 2 NQ loss would be 200$

I did make a mistake at Friday by not re-checking the current bias before entering but it is still within the 90% wr

The premium and discount area is essentially fib calculating the swing and equilibrium is 50%. If it keeps moving the your still in the swing and need to be patient for a market structure shift for it to stop adjusting

@night flicker i took that trade too...it was textbook. I have a 2 questions though.

i see you put your SL at the MSS/CHoCH candle low. do you always put your SL there? or just felt it was good for this play. The actual low before reversal did seem a bit far away so i wasnt 100% sure where to put SL....thankfully it didnt become an issue
I actually cut at Londong Low. There was an OB/ a daily fib/Lon Low/and the top of the 4hr FVG.
I think technically the official TP should have been NY high. Is that correct (it def made it there) but a partial where i TP was also smart, yeah?) I only was in 1 NQ so i had to cut it all and wanted to lock in gains...but probably would have done half if i had the ability too.

I just go over how I use the indicator, I don't go indepth on how market structure works. You can YouTube search "Master Market Structure" and find good info there on short videos. ICT uses it, then adds a ton of other small tid bits of macros and sessions and stuff. I like to keep it simple.

Im not 100% sure myself, I can see multiple gray trendlines that goes with it. It might be a specific fib that goes by swings 🤷🏼‍♂️

I usually want to enter on the last OB / POI / Imbalance (you can call it how you want) but it is basically the last red candle before the MSS

hit the 0.5 fib, gave an engulfing and broke that internal MSS and since the day was bullish I allowed myself to be risky

keep in ming that sometimes the last red candle doesn't look like anything speical so you'll take the previous red candle

or sometimes you'll get a green doji but the body is like 1 - 2 ticks so you can take that as well

#

you want to basically see a place where sellers and buyers had a small conflict

meaning that theres probably more liquidity there
