Well guys had my first bad experience with apex. Or apex’s “sister company” from what I’m being told. I had tried to trade a trade 1 contract long as usual… instantly ninja trader started taking long after long and got all the way up to 35 contracts within seconds and as this was happening I was smashing the market close button as fast as I could, this prompted me with an error saying it could not be executed. Withins second 20 300k accounts were blown up. Per their support it could’ve been a copier issue and they arnt responsible for that as it’s their sister companies 3rd party software and weren’t understanding of anything.

1. If you own apex trade copier be careful ( yes I’m running the latest version too )

2. Anyone got a better copier that doesn’t fuck you over?

I was told I need to “ manage my software better “ and “ this happens to us as traders too “

If you know this is a problem 1. Don’t fucking sell the thing and 2. If you’re going to continue to sell it be a little more understanding for when it happens to people.

We use live data for performance accounts. Initially they are in SIM but you still get paid the same way this is because many traders may blow a performance account quickly. So this is done to protect the company and you as a customer. One we see consistency we copy the trades via api in a prop account.
