#Can't connect to VNC Server

Hi I'm currently using Debian on proot-distro and I'm setting up my server using AnLinux setup with xfce4, but after that I can't connect to VNC Server, which shows this image:

Give more info, what command did you run, what host port did you connect to and any more info.

Can't help just by saying that "Yes" you set it up correctly, perhaps not.
