A command on Beta or DanBotHosting bot that lets you check which nodes are begin ratelimited by Discord.

no need for that, just a simple request without authoritzation to the api. Then report that info to Beta

why? they can just have proxies running on the servers and make the bot check ratelimits using the proxies

Because normally if servers are rate limited and someone wants a discord bot it will rate limit it etc.
So you could communicate with the server and if it can’t respond then we would presume it is “ratelimited”
