A fanmade cookie run language!
this is a bit sloppy but eh
alright, first off for oc’s let’s start with swamp cookie, the one who basically made the lore possible!
Swamp lore:
Swamp cookie, being an ancient being of major power lived as a respected creature of the old world when cookies bowed to dragons. although she wasn’t a dragon, she had still been respected. Swamp had gone on to help a group of cookies in need, starting the swamp tribe (will send lore for it next) She used her power for good, one of which was to create a cookie (moss) for prophecy/to defeat evil, but this cookie had another vision in mind: heros. the world would need heros to survive, so she gave her soul to 5 stones, her own satiny… and it turned her insane.
Now different from the being she once was, they ravaged the world in their true form. Chaos was caused everywhere, the world in danger, until it was decided: that she would be sealed up for all of eternity.
And after the doing of many powerful cookies and the ancient words of legendspeak, she was put to sleep and sealed up, shackled and locked in a pool of water (she can survive in it) til this very day.
it’s said the seal keeps her locked up.. but if it were to break… it’s rumored the world would be in danger again.

time to post about my first cr oc actually, the one that inspired all the lore: moss cookie!
Moss lore (summarized ver):
Moss cookie was born in a special oven not created by the witches, but by some other entity, mysteriously enough a cookie.
She was born to a village in a swamp (jadescale swamp), and was created for the purpouse of an ancient prophecy to defeat a great evil. This great evil is known as nightshade cookie (nightshade, another oc of mine).
After spending a few years growing up with algae cookie, who took care of her, and a sibling named kudzu cookie, something very tragic happened that involved the loss of algae, and moss to go partly blind, her first encounter with nightshade cookie.
Moss then vowed to get rid of nightshade after that, but there was something else. She learned of the truth of her creation, and that swamp cookie (another oc, legendary) was her real mother, and was trapped & locked up somewhere due to her going insane. After moss met her, she learned of her real name being ‘Mangrove cookie’. After the interaction with her mother, she had gone on to finally do what she was told.

||info on the swamp tribe
Affiliates and location
The swamp tribe resides within the depths of the jadescale swamp which borders the west of dragons valley, they have a strong relationship with the cookies in dragons valley.
Other relations/allys consists of the republic, legends, and ancients. This is because of their place in the cookie world, as being the ones who keep the secrets of the world and a hidden… legend. The reason why not many cookies have found them, is again, because of the location. It is hidden deep within the swamp they reside in, and covered by thick bushes and trees.
Basic looks and info
Cookies in the village consists of plants, herbs, or flowers within wetlands. Animals/wildlife is also included.
Cookies of the village usually either take on a reptilian or bird like apperance, yet some cookies differ from this. The village has a mystical fantasy woodland village type vibe to it, yet still being close to the real world with log cabin like house structures.
**Seal/mark of the tribe **
The seal is an ouroboros. If you are unsure of what the ouroboros is, it is the snake that eats its own tail. It represents infinity. There are many variations of it within the village, and some cookies posses a few of these.
Just having the ouroboros means you are affiliated with the tribe, or live within it.
If there is a leaf within the center, it is assosiated with the healers.
And if there is a star in the middle, the seal belongs to the cheif, or the successor. The diffrence is the apperance of the ouroboros, as the one for the cheif has wings, and the successors does not.
As for a double star…? it hasn’t been seen in ages.
Who is what role?
The current cheif of the tribe is moss cookie (the main charecter actually!) she usually makes the orders and helps with all the other cookies. Usually the one pulling most of the weight and also being the one to deliver message to affiliates.
The successor is the one who takes over apon the death or retirement of the cheif. The successor is usually family of the cheif, but can sometimes be another cookie. The successor is selected by the cheif, but the only acception is if there is no successor, and no cheif, the lead healer picks. The successor is also responsible for watching over the village of the cheif is injured and with the healers, or out of the village doing things. This role currently belongs to kudzu cookie.
The healers are the ones that tend to the injured cookies, and making sure the whole place isint a mess of injured cookies. The current cookies they we know there are: Cattail cookie and Elderberry cookie. Cattail cookie is current head healer, and he currently helps train elderberry.
The general of the tribe is moorhen cookie, usually taking over to help with battle, as they are the main cookie of the battle section.
Other cookies within the village include: pokeweed cookie, Water hemlock cookie, and Heron cookie. There is also cottonmouth cookie who belongs to a friend of mine
Legends
Another cookie, the legend, and the one who had created it is swamp cookie. She is the creator of the prophecy within the village, and unfortunetly, this cookie had gone insane after doing a certain thing… giving up her soul in creation of something. They are currently locked at the bottom of the cave that no one may enter within the village.
More about the prophecy, it was made to stop a cookie of evil, nightshade cookie. The cookie born and made to get rid of the evil was created in a special oven hidden beneath the main hut of the village. That cookie is surprisingly moss. Swamp had made her dough and left it there, and it wasn’t until recent times she was made. (moss is an adult now), so a couple years before the main story of crk.||
(although it does repeat stuff above, it’s most of the info! spoilering cuz why not?)

i’m gonna write her bio description now:D!!! :
Long long ago during the begining time of raging flames and dragons lived a being from the deepest depths of an everlasting wetland. Before the time of cookies, it roamed the world, waiting for the life new creature to begin… Once cookies had come to the world, it gave its duty by being the balance of power for the small crunchy beings… taking the form as one. The creature, now a cookie had lived its life in a village, having created it for the saftey of these cookies… She had come up with a plan: Heros, the world needs heros… so she created 5 stones and hid them across the world for the strongest of what the light resonated with to find. but tragedy struck apon the creation… the cookie had used it’s very soul to make the stones, causing them to spiral into madness and chaos… It was then locked away by the other guardians of nature, and other cookies with stronger powers. Some say the legend is fake, some rumor it’s real… But although it seems unlikely, legend has it if the cookie is free… the world shall face wrath.. once again.
